Atalaia Sol Aparthotel - tennis & heated pool in winter

Padro was amazing especially since we were almost late to meet the check-in time. Plus he had to come back because we locked ourselves out of our room. The breakfast was amazing. There was so much variety and the hot food was cooked for us. The pools looked awesome, but the weather was not cooperating for us to take a dip.

The only thing that I would say was not super great was the bed, especially the pillows. We also had a very difficult time finding the property, our GPS had us in a very different spot where the roads looked very similar, but once we found it it was great.

Breakfasts were great. The staff was warm and courteous. We were able to get a load of laundry done (for 25 Eu) which was very helpful. Also we were given a great recommendation for a restaurant-Restaurant Atalaia on rua dos Lagos. The room was quite clean. Breakfasts were tasty and beautiful .

The shower backed up after usage in room 8 and there was water all over the bathroom floor. This was apparently a problem that has recurred in this room and we were not warned about it. This was unpleasant. The location, apart from proximity to the great restaurant was only fair. You need a car to get anywhere.

Clean and quiet. Pedro (Staff) is great!

The bed is two single beds put together.

Location is perfect and the premises are gorgeous. The pool and bar are exquisite for the price paid.Claudia and Pedro at the reception were world class hostess. Courteous, Flexible and Empathetic!

Stunning aparthotel with everything you need for self catering. Staff were so friendly, check in was easy. Quiet and comfortable, only 5 minutes drive to the supermarket and the most amazing beaches. The heated pool was such a bonus when they weather is a little chilly. You won’t regret staying here.

We loved everything about it. Manager provides a very warm welcome. Obliging, professional and friendly as are all staff.The apartment was immaculately clean, really comfortable and spacious.It’s a peaceful , calm ,well kept place with a gorgeous heated pool that we didn’t use as the weather just wasn’t warm enough.Breakfast was a delight - beautifully prepared fresh fruit, freshly cooked eggs and bacon plus pastries yoghourt cake etc

Only that no there is no evening meal facility but that’s clear on the website so no surprises.

It's was a very pleasant stay , we enjoyed our stay , room were spacious and kitchen had all utensils we need for cooking..staff were very friendly...5/5 start from us .

Rooms were very clean. kitchen sufficient for few days stay. We reached early (around 11am) and they were able to quickly turn around cleaning of one of recently vacated room and allowed us to checkin early.Breakfast was really good with fresh fruits, choice of eggs, bacon, sausage (usual fare). One just need to specify in advance though (as they have small kitchen and they bake breads depending on pre-orders).

Immaculately kept facilities and with a large heated pool in the winter as promised. Lots of thoughtful items provided in the apartment to help you feel at home straight away. Reception and maintenance/cleaning staff all helpful and friendly. Plenty of parking for the hire car and a fabulous hypermarket only 2 minutes drive away. Air conditioner also served as a heater which was great in February for chilly evenings. Wi-fi very good too.

A little bit short on storage/hanging space in our studio apartment as we couldn't fully unpack two medium sized suitcases. Not a big problem just a niggle.

Lovely hotel stay. Huge room with a large bathtub and kitchenette. Everything was very clean and the staff was very welcoming. We wished we had longer to stay and would love to come back into the summer.

Very clean and the staff were so friendly. Lovely location just outside Lagos We got upgraded to a 1 bed apartmentWhich was very clean, comfortable and modern. A great stay despite the stormy weather !

Clean, easy parking and friendly staff. Equiped kitchen and comfortable beds.

The dog from the farm close to the accommodation barked till late at night. Bring ear plugs just in case.

Great place for summer days, so you can use the pool and other amenities. We stayed only 1 night but was winter

A bit far from the beach if you want walk to it.

Really nice place to stay few days while visiting Lagos with car. Its 40 min walk from city center or 4€ by Bolt. Its cozy, a bit older, but really nicely maintained and you will feel good there. Great price/value ratio. You can swim, play tenis for free. Its great.

Mold in the bathroom.

The apartment was fabulous and very comfortable. Well appointed and extremely clean. Breakfast was tailored to your taste and Claudia was very good ? with making our breakfast. We will return to the apartment at some point. Check in was very comprehensive and John was very friendly and helpful.

The staff was very nice.

The heated pool was 22 degrees Celsius which is too cold and had our daughter shivering. To be clear a cold pool is 20 and 22 is considered cool. A warm and comfortable pool for recreational use is 26 C.In addition the bathroom was cold and probably not insulated. It had no exhaust fan. You needed to have the window and door open to clear out the humidity.

The staff were friendly, courteous and very accomodative.We made a last minute booking because the previous booking ended up being a scam. But the staff at the hotel were super nice and still did everything they could to make the checkin smooth.Would definitely wanna visit again on a longer stay.

Very quiet location on the edge of town. The apartment was huge and had all amenities plus balcony. All apartments look out to the garden and pool which was heated even in November. Breakfast very good too.
