The location is perfect to visit Doñana. The building is really nice and the personnel were very welcoming.

What a place! The staff is super friendly and helpful, they even stored our bikes for the night. The room was big and clean, with a beautiful view on the hotel architecture (it looks like a castle!). We enjoyed the crystal clear pool and the amazing, peaceful bar. The breakfast buffet was also very good. The internal decor has very good taste and during the night it was very quiet. I'd definitely recommend this place.

Modern hotel, comfortable and clean. Free buffet breakfast included was a plus.

There is not one restaurant of shop walking distance from the hotel. It is all condos and townhouses, nothing green.

Beautiful hotel built like or from an old colonial house. It felt authentic and unique. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. Rooms are super spacious and well equipped and the beds were very comfortable.

The pool area felt a bit small for how busy the hotel was. It was difficult to get a deck chair and some of them were half broken or badly repaired. We also missed some food options for the evenings, the only alternatives are the buffet hotel dinner or a very limited café menu.

The hotel was a really beautiful colonial building that had some great spots, it definitely stands out in the area. The room was spacious and comfortable and the staff was attentive.

Our room had quite a strong smell coming from the bathroom, which was probably from a faulty toilet. Granted, we didn't complain about it while we were there, but it was unpleasant.

Front desk were extremely nice and helpfull. Price was amazing.

Internet level in room was weak, though good in salon area.

Superb customer service at reception, large attractive room in pretty cortijo-style patio, excellent buffet dinner and breakfast. We loved the sustainability policy with no single use plastic to be seen!

The food, particularly for breakfast, cannot be described as high-quality. Some of it was awful, but some of it was fine. We all found something that we liked and really considering the price it wouldn’t be fair to expect better.

A really beautiful place. A confortable room for 2 people, clean, with the basic amenities needed.The staff very professional and kind.I lived there so much time and I came back for vacations. Definitely, I would come back to that hotel.

Nice breakfast and staff were very helpful. Pool area is relaxing and the bedrooms are spacious. 20 minute walk to the beach.

Although I like the Spanish colonial style, it needs some updates Also the pool was too small for the amount of guests in August

Andalucían style hotel, really nice. Comfortable beds, and really clean. Personal super friendly.

Bar is open from 16:00-00:00, meaning that during the day, you can't go and grab a beer or something to refresh. Charging parking 15 Euros (although the entire stay, we were parking on the street). The facilities in the room could be improved, it is good, but bathroom should be remodeled.

We read a lot of reviews until to make the reservation and we discovered that a lot of negative things were solved. The room, terrace and bathroom are big. It wasn't any bad smell. They clean the room every day. The hotel architecture is picturesque. So, from our point of view everything was fine. We visited the Matalascanas beach and it was amazing.

Is far from the beach, but we went by car. You don't have diversity regarding food.

-Drinks in the minibar are expired, serious health and safety issue.- water pipes make a banging loud noise which is annoying specially at a late night hour

Clean and pleasant, very comfortable bed, friendly staff, good variety in the breakfast buffet.

The hotel is easy accessible with a car from the highway. However the daily walking distance to the sea is quite long, but feasible.

The breakfast was mediocre and you can hear people in the neighbouring rooms as the sound insulation is lacking.

Rooms are clean and nice. The location was good for us. We wanted to rest for a few days during a road trip in Portugal and Spain. Staff was nice and took care of business when we asked.

There is a smell coming from the sewer and it is in the rooms. This is a problem for me and closing the sinks and bathtub did not help much. I realize Theresia’s nothing that can be done about this but it is not pleasant.
