The property is immediately next to the beach and the dunes national park.

The main pool was closed and there was no notice during the booking process.

Location

A closed swimming pool. There offers in rhe town for a third of the price we paid for full families, with foods included.

Clean, close to the beach, has a restaurant and the staff was indeed very friendly. i was hiking and a storm showed off, that’s why i went there. in october this town is aghost town, nobody’s there so i was lucky to find something where they offer food as well

Big stunning hotel. Ample room ensuite big toilet with balcony and magnific views to the sea. Great buffet with a variety of quality food. Animation at the pool along the day and music animation for adults on a huge terrace and stage. Accessible linked to the sea and bus every our to visit the hole town. I will be back soon again. Customer service magnific.

The bathroom had no ventilation at all. If the bathroom has no window it must have ventilation. And this is a 4 star hotel...A maintenance man was knocking on the door in the evening to replace a blown spot light. Really?I told him that this is a job to be done between the check-out and check-in times.The room had no window. Only a big sliding door to the balcony which cannot be left open in the night due to security.That is not good at all.

Comfortable large hotel. Great location 200m from the beach and neighboring the natural reserve. Friendly staff, great pool, excellent value for money.

Check in was slightly delayed, no big issue.

Since I was little I always went to that side of the beach and saw the hotel being built.I always wanted to go.I liked the theme of el coto decorations with pictures of Doñana.The room was clean and tidy.Staff nice and friendly

The lifts don't work properly closing the doors too quickly and trapped me and my little one. I had to be careful, and hold it with my feet or something else.The sofa bed open to be used for my child was too hard and uncomfortable. Disappointing

The air conditioning both in the room and dining room was not working, on most days it was extremely hot and very uncomfortable. We had to sleep with the balcony doors open as we did mention twice at reception and nothing was done to help.Food was very average as was hotel deco and facilities.Hotel was completely full and the big pool was empty and closed. There was only access to a very small pool and pool area and we were at the Hotel during the month of June! No way to pay for drinks at the dining room with card, we had to pay at reception on every occasion.

Beach is great and surrounded by unspoilt grounds. Chiringuito at the beach which doesn’t belong to the hotel is amazing, 5kms away is a great restaurant called Tio Paco. View from room balcony was impressive.

Breakfast was average and decor is a little dated. Big swimming pool was closed but there was another large pool which was open.

No Air conditioning in the rooms or the dining area, it was extremely hot and unbearable.Food was not great.Hotel was at full capacity and the main hotel pool was closed.

We already stayed in another hotel that was adults only so moved to this hotel because its family friendly.

Only one of the 3 bar/cafes was open. In the area there was nothing else really.

Everything was good. The pool, the path to the beach, food, were fine and we liked them. The staff were perfect and helpful. In short, we will go there again in future. The breakfast was also very good.

The problem was the third bed for our room for the room was 2-bed plus one sofa (with option to be changed to a bed) which was not good. I expected a better sofa for that.

Helpful staff and COVID rules inside the building where appropriate.

There were dust balls in the room that never got cleaned, only one garbage can (in the bathroom, no can in the room) and it only got cleaned when it was completely full. The bed was not comfortable as it was not straight (it had sort of a depression). The food is average, the meat is always heavily overcooked and the seafood had sand.
