Stella Gardens Resort Makadi Bay - 24 HRS All Inclusive

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The property is well-maintained, clean, and truly family-friendly. The pools are spotless and well-managed, with enough space and variety for both kids and adults. The beach is just as impressive—clean, safe, and ideal for relaxing or playing with the family.What really stood out was the service. Every staff member was professional and accommodating, Especially Mr. Ahmed Khamis. special thanks goes to him. He went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and smooth. His attention to detail and willingness to help did not go unnoticed and made a real difference during our trip.

Everything about the resort was really great. It was safe, easy to find everything, endless food and drinks.The staff was amazing especially Ahmed Khamis the reception manager. This is an ideal location and holiday especially for families. We were at Stella Gardens but the Stella beach we had full access to and it was amazing. The resort was short of nothing.

I had a great time at Stella Garden Makadi Bay with my family. Everything was warm and inviting as soon as we arrived. We immediately felt that we were in the right place because of the hotel's cleanliness and peaceful environment.We had a problem with our reservation, but Mr. Ahmed Khamis really helped. His assistance was really exceptional. He immediately intervened, listened intently, and managed the situation with ease and professionalism. We were most impressed by his composure, deference, and compassion throughout the entire ordeal. We were able to resolve the problem swiftly and stress-free because of him. We genuinely value his assistance more than words can express, and it's uncommon to encounter someone with such commitment.The staff was welcoming, and the variety of food options made the entire trip even more enjoyable.For families,I highly recommend this hotel. I am already making plans for our next visit next year because we had such a great time and were especially appreciative of Mr. Ahmed's wonderful support.

There was nothing I disliked. The only small note is that if you plan to rely on Wi-Fi, it’s better to have your own data plan ready, as the hotel’s Wi-Fi doesn’t cover all areas.

The hotel is truly wonderful, with a great location close to Hurghada. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the food is delicious and varied.The staff are very friendly and professional. I would like to extend special thanks to Mr. Ahmed Khamis from the reception, Mr. Mahmoud Raslan, the manager of the Lebanese restaurant, and Yasser from room service, for their excellent service and exceptional attention to the comfort of our guests.

The all-inclusive should include drinks and snacks from the bars.

My stay at the hotel was very comfortable and enjoyable. The staff were friendly, the cleanliness was excellent, and the attention to detail was impressive. The chefs prepared food at a very high standard, and everything was well managed with supervisors always present. A special thanks to Mr. Ahmed, the Reception Manager, for his great effort and outstanding service. also the hardworking staff was very kindness, they truly made me feel at home. This was my best experience in Egypt, and I highly recommend this hotel.

I stayed at the hotel for a week on a family trip. It is a beautiful and spacious hotel with so many swimming pools that cater to different preferences. The hotel is beautifully decorated with replicas of Egyptian artifacts and tableaus. The food is very good accommodating different tastes and with changing themes every night. There are live entertainment shows every night. The staff is very nice always going above and beyond to make the stay comfortable to ensure the guest gets great experience. I would like to especially thank Mr. Ahmed Khamees in reception for being so professional, he texted me before arriving to confirm my arrival and ensured checking every day to make sure everything is ok and nothing is missing, he is very protective and polite and is constantly going above and beyond to ensure the guest is facing no issues, he kindly accommodated all requests with a smile and positive attitude . I would also like to thank Amr who took care of our room cleaning. We had really great time and I can’t recommend the hotel enough.

Mr. Ahmed Khamis was highly professional, extremely responsive and helpful, making check-in and the entire experience smooth and stress-free.

The staff were very welcoming,friendly and helpful. The hotel facilities were very nice and clean. The air-conditioning was great in all rooms and facilities despite the hot weather of summer. The pools were so enjoyable.

The beach in the stella beach is very shallow you have to go till the end of marina bridge so you can swim in deep water, it is perfect for snorkeling and diving, but it wasn’t children friendly.The kids areas need more focus and maintenance.

A wonderful and excellent experience!I’d love to come here again and I definitely recommend it to my friends.The staff are very friendly, very helpful, and always smiling.The food quality is excellent, as well as the drinks.The animation team is very entertaining.The resort is honestly very nice, with sand all around the swimming pools — it was a very pleasant experience and the kids really loved it.I’d like to give special thanks to Mr. Ahmed Khamees, the front desk manager — he’s extremely respectful and made sure every day that everything was going well.Most of the hotel guests were foreigners, but the staff treated everyone with great kindness.

The only thing is that the sea has low tide sometimes, although the beach itself is excellent and very well taken care of.

Nothing at all.

This was a 2 star hotel with 5 star prices. It took 3 hours to check in and over an hour to check out. The food was terrible and the food hall similar to military camps I have worked in. It was all about quantity not Quality. I hold Booking.com fully responsible as they put this as a 5 star hotel. Disgraceful with disgusting food.

I liked the resort so much, Facilities were amazing , most of the staff were very kind and helpful.I also liked the heated swimming pool and Aqua .Additionally, the food timing and quantity were very good, the food was almost available all the day.

Pool cleanness need more focus. The distance between the heated pool and the main resturant was also so long, need to increase the golf car facility.Also the sand idea at the pool was good, but need to have some area without sand, since we need to clean our foots too much.Pool chaise lounges were not comfortable.

The rate of the triple room is much higher than the double room Not sure if this is something that could be fixed but Stella garden access to beach through another hotel owned by same group. However the beach in that other hotel (stella beach) is rocky with lots of jellyfish. So it wasn’t children friendly.. so we ended up swimming in the poolThe beach water is very shallow you have to go till the end of that marina bridge so you can swim in deep water but it might be good for snorkeling there are some coral reefs there
