Thanks Mina who stepped in during check-in to make every things easy and change rooms upon our request. Rooms are very nice after renovations. Staff were very friendly and helpful especially those from F&B who made us a complimentary birthday cake. Thanks Mrs Noha who listen professionally to our comments and immediately took action. Beach is awesome.

A bit on the higher end of pricing

The last time I stayed in Sheraton was in October 2022. I am amazed by the renovations of the rooms and the improvement of the breakfast. The room we were staying in was a bit tight so we asked to change it to a bigger room of the same type and the hotel was very helpful and responded to our request immediately. I like the diversity in the staff members. All hotel personnel that we dealt with we're always helpful and quick in their response to any request. We ordered room service several times and all the food that we ordered was very delicious and fresh. The housekeeping was very helpful and provided us with extra towels immediately. The Wi-Fi was very quick across the hotel property. I didn't try it from the beach though. The pools were heated so the kids were able to swim. We booked early so it was value for money however our friends who booked closer to the check-in date paid the same amount that we paid for four nights for two nights only. The kids activities were fun like the mini disco and the playroom. Also bringing Santa and the elves on the beach and giving gifts away to the kids was a very nice gesture from the hotel. I would definitely recommend the hotel and I would definitely stay there again.

That we couldn't order food from the beach bar because it was being renovated as well as the FISH restaurant however we were able to order room service on the beach which was great. Also the kids were not able to swim in the aqua park because it was being renovated as well.

This was definitely the best hotel I stayed at during my trip to Egypt, and I truly regretted booking only two nights. Every member of staff—the front desk team, housekeeping, shuttle bus drivers, and lifeguards on the beach, literally everyone was incredibly polite, friendly, and kind. They made my stay in Hurghada truly wonderful. The room was very clean and modern. Both breakfast and dinner were excellent, with a wide variety of options, all of which tasted great. I will definitely come back one day with my family and friends. Highly recommended!

Beautiful renovated rooms with very comfortable beds.Breakfast buffet was fantastic and very varied.the location close to snorkeling site is a big plus.staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and super helpful.honestly we had an experience that exceeded our expectations.

The constant construction noise going on all day (renovation apparently has been going on for years now). Beach cafe was also closed for renovation, and the only alternative for lunch offered was full buffet ($$$), or to go to your room and order room service. Suggested other lunch alternatives to manager that would be better.

They renovated the hotel rooms and they are more than amazing now, spacious, tech enabled and very well designed

There was ongoing construction work inside the hotel. It was too dusty to sit by the pool, and there were construction workers around.

2nd time to visit and totally unlike the 1st time last year! Wasted 1.5 hours to check in. 1 room was not ready although we arrived 4:30 pm which is way after the check in time, and the other room we had to change it twice to get what we booked, Guest Relation Manager apologized and gave his number to reach out later during the stay if needed, I called him later and texted him for another situation when we found the water-sports center closed under construction, and he still did not reply back till now after 2 days, so obviously it was just to get over the check-in situation and calm down the angry guest :)The hotel is undergoing construction work in the main pool area and it is annoying, this should have been mentioned to us through a message or a call upon booking and we are free to decide.Breakfast was good all days, while lunch was very bad the 1st 2 days, and by bad I mean the taste and quality. 3rd day was fine.

The new rooms, the sea, and the staff were all excellent. This was not my first visit, so I was already expecting the same high standards—and they did not disappoint.

The hotel failed to inform us in advance about the ongoing construction work, which I find extremely unprofessional. There were workers present throughout the property, resulting in a lack of privacy and relaxation. Considering these conditions, the price we paid feels very high and not justified.

Room: The room had sea view even for standard ones.Breakfast: A large variety of everything and super tasty.Staff, super helpful and decent.Beach: very neat and large waterfront and near the wooden jetty for snorkling and diving with the coral reef and the multicolor fish :) a must visit!When we arrived we found a surprise in the room, a honeymooner cake. It was a very nice gesture.Beach was nice and clean.At the end of the stay, we were near late for the bus and Momen from reception and golf car tried his best to help us reach our bus on time and he succedded. He was up to the mission and saved the day. A true hero :)Overall it was a pleasant experience.

Need more golf cars to and from the Marina. (Soma Bay related?)AC did some noise from time to time but it's wasn't that terrible.The touchpad was a bit tricky to manage but it's ok.

Breakfast is quite rich and versatile. Staff is very welcoming, helpful, highly responsive & supportive. Room service food meets expectation with good taste food that is quickly & neatly served.

Remoteness from downtown and center with comparatively very high relevant transportation costs. Recommends shuttle bus(s) , providing relevant roundtrip shuttles to serve such needs once or twice a day

The location is heavenly. We feel in love with the bay and enjoyed our walks in the sand and swimming in the crystal clear water.The hotel is huge and very impressive. You'll feel like you're royalty in a glamorous pharaonic palace. The rooms have just been renovated and are very modern and well equipped. The bedding was very comfortableWe only had breakfast, the food was great and the buffet offered everything. The restaurant had a great view on the beach

The animation team's party every evening was loud, at a time where we wanted to enjoy peace and quiet in the balcony.I was disappointed when I tried to upgrade my stay to half board, the price difference was exaggerated in my opinion
