The food.

The hotel is very small, surrounded by a high brick fence, which makes it feel even smaller. rooms have no privacy, the beach is very narrow, the images are very misleading.If it’s the season you better be the first one on the beach to find a chair and see the beach. The only thing that was good was the food.

The marina.Nice sea.Nice location.

The food (No variety and tasteless especially the dessert).No heated pools.Staff isn't that friendly.Room is very small.No night life.

The location of the hotel is great and the beach was clean.The variety of the food was above average however the taste was great.The staff in the restaurant are very helpful and friendly.

The room size is unbelievably small, we requested a baby crib and when they have put it in the room there were no space left to move.The pool and the reception for the hotel are very small.

Everything was perfect cleaning ,food ,location,and staff everywhere special belal at the pool area and the hotel super staff was Mr.Beshoy very helpful person trying his best to make us happy smiling all the time right person at the place .we decided to come back & told our friends about the place.thanks team ????????

At the beach and pool no mini cafe was there

The front desk is nice, check in was smooth and rapid. The room was clean. Food is delicious but little varieties.

The sea is rocky, the breakfast is poor

No supermarket and coffee shops near to , and no Shesha to smoke .

The location, Sand Beach

The bathroom and room were not clean, and the reception staff refused to provide the bill on time, delaying it for 10 days.

It’s very small hotel. But it gives you access to a very large challets touristic village. So you enjoy the same owners most benefits. Access to main owners poolAccess to part of the owners beachStaff are very very helpful and kind

Bathroom very very smallWhile room is called sea view. But still it’s somehow side view. As you still from the same room sea the road, the restaurant and one side of the sea. Unfortuantely. The pool is very close to the second floors. So most of rooms privacy is vulnerable if you’re on the pool view first or second view.

As usual a very good option for a small weekend trip with the family, good value for money , helpful staff and very good pool and quite beach

The room space is too tight

The beach area is very narrow, limiting space for relaxation or activities.No morning or evening entertainment options are available, and there is no animation team to engage guests.Some areas of the hotel are restricted and not accessible to guests, which can be disappointing.I was charged an extra fee for an additional bed, which was not mentioned in the booking policy.

Excellent location and nice staff

Not that clean but acceptable. and you can’t have full access to the beach . As as mentioned the sandy beach is only for owners but you have a certain location to be accommodated in BTW .

Food variety. And access to the beach that was limited to owners . But you have a location from the beach to the hotel residents .

Big swimming pool, food was very good, staff was polite and helpful.

The beach area needs cleaning! There were used cigarettes, beer cans, and construction debris in the sand. It wasn't safe to walk bare foot in the sand. Hotel room bathrooms need updating and deep cleaning. More enforcement needed in dining hall, due to guests not wearing any shirts...this was unhygenic and embarrassing, plus gross to have dinner with half naked guests.

Food (especially dinner), pool, beach and staff. There is cafeterias on beach serving food and beverages. Supermarket at main entrance. Clinic is there. Renteing bicycles and beach activities.

Maintenance is terrible. Chalets are old. Had to change room and still issue is not resolved so had to leave hotel early because of AC. No wifi. No activities. No golf cart to take to beach which is far. Parking is very tight. Breakfast is boring and not changing.
