Elite Residence Aqua Park

All kind of food reserved was perfect we were so satisfied with it , chef Mahmoud was really professional, Mr. Samy and Mr. Montaser front desk (Reception) were really so professional and helpful. Also all stuff we meet there were so polite and professional.

The staff were friendly and flexible. I enjoyed the diversity of having pools, and sea at the same place.

The DJ at the sea was often times too loud and did not make it a calm vacation despite warning them couple of times.

Breakfast and dinner excellent, nice and clean hotel, very family friendly. The staff is really great

The pool was great my son enjoyed it and the beach. They have outdoor showers in all corners especially near the beach area where you can wash the sand of your feet. The food was ok.

Theres no kids meal, they should at least serve fries or chicken fingers especially kids are picky eaters.

Everything was more than excellent Location , Staff , View and the Sandy beach one of the best beaches at Sokhna

The place is very clean. The staff is friendly and respectful. The pools and the beach are amazing. Food has lots of varieties.

Not value for money at all, furniture is Dilapidated required renovation, swimming pool is not clean at all the time, small aqua which is 4 kids slides which is required renovation, food quality not that good

The beach is decent

It is not 4 stars at all. It should be maximum 1 star. Very old buildings, the fridge was broken and has terrible smell.

The working staff, especially Mr.montaser were exceptionally perfect, cooperative, helpful and kind…The apartment also was really good and comfortable (reality is better than photos)

The Washing machine was not working also the toilets were not very cleaned.

They have nice pools with fun water slides which are open from around 9:30 am till 6:30 pm The beach and water are nice. They gave us room by the poolSwings and kids play area.Dinner buffet was nice and different each day.Good size and cold fridge Close super market which has essentials

The room did not have all essentials and had to call to bring each item until I gave up. Had to call 3 times for them to provide a safety locker.TV was very small No WiFi available at facility.Dirty bed sheets, sofa, pillows, towels, luckily I brought my own. Entertainments are poor after dark. And not good lighting.Resort restaurant requests 30 EGP for delivery to room.

The food is generally simple. hygiene is an issue in this hotel.

staff at the beach bar are not nice and they don't know how to speak politely with people. In addition they play smart to take additional money.

Cleanliness, service and house keeping team

Staff, Aly maher and mohamed fawzy in house keeping were great. Montaser at the welcome desk was very professiknal.

Very Disappointing Stay – Would Not RecommendI had a very negative experience during my stay. No baby Crib , Internet not working , reception never answers calls or call back The rooms were unclean and poorly maintained. The food was tasteless, with very limited options, and hygiene was clearly lacking in both the preparation and presentation. Towels provided were dirty and not replaced regularly. Additionally, there was no covered parking available, which was a major inconvenience. Overall, the standards were far below expectations, and I would not recommend this property to others.

Simple and nice , needs some bathroom upgrade but overall, v kind & pleasant staff , breakfast was good Ta3mya and foul 4.5 out of 5 better than most 5+ stars hotels , relaxing with beautiful beach

The aqua park is not well maintained, with black flooring at the top of the slides making it extremely hot for kids to walk in
