The beach and aqua park was ok.

The rooms was torn out and very dirty. The hotel is 2 star hotel.

Closed beach and always supervised

Took us about 4 hours to check in and settle in rooms. Rooms were not ready and wehad to request a lot of basic reqirements to be done in the rooms (like: changing light bulbs, bathroom supplies, air condition). Food was not good. Overall very poor hygine

The foods were delicious 10/10 stuff were so friendly kids loved the night entertainments anything we asked for they were providing uncomplaining

I booked one night over the weekend (Friday to Saturday) at this hotel in Ain Sokhna, and it was a complete disappointment. Almost everything was below acceptable standards.There’s clearly no maintenance in place — everything feels neglected. The cleanliness was nearly zero, the open buffet was very poor in both quality and variety, and shockingly, the restaurant wasn’t even air-conditioned — only some ceiling fans that barely helped with the heat.The reception is supposed to be air-conditioned, but it felt like nothing was working. To make matters worse, the entire hotel operates with only one elevator for all guests.Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. It was a waste of time and money.

The hotel wasn’t bad at all, rooms were nice, the staff were friendly, direct access to the beach, all good.

Very bad experience, no hot water in the bathroom, room was dirty, with a lot of dust, furniture semi destroyed, no enough towels, services is very bad.

The staff were nice but are helpless and can't do much.

This hotel is not operatable and can never be a 4 star hotel, it's a huge lie. I wouldn’t give it a 1 star. They shouldn't even be open. You get to the hotel and check in, the receptionist was nice. The food ok, not a great selection, but ok. The shower and faucets in the room has no hot water, we asked why is there no hot water, they said sorry we forgot to turn on the water heater. Mind you the hot water never came for the 3 days we were there. The doors to the balcony for the sea view opens after your back almost breaks. And you have to fight to make it close. The private beach chairs and recliners are extremely dirty and full of bugs. Never again going back to this place. Disgusting.

It was on beach

It was very dirty, smelled like cigarettes. Very dated. I wasn’t even comfortable talking a shower there. The restaurant had none of the food on menu. Also no drinks that was on menu. Poor management of property, sad to see because it has great view of water.
