Clean and good staff

Away from the beach

Everything was more than perfect, the staff are very helpful And they are so much caring about the children , Mr Amrosi was so helpful especially in everything related to the room and it’s service And Miss Rasha ( Guest relation ) is more than professional and perfect , she was with me in contact 24/7 Even though she made my son a special birthday without me asking and it was really the best surprise

Nothing will be there more and more soon

The staff are good and helpful.

The aqua park pool is very dirty, the water is greenish. Safety in the aqua is not very good too.The room cleanliness is fair.

Value for money Staff was very friendly (big thanks for Mr. Amrosy) The fun valley was very funny for my kids

The location was not accurate there were no guiding signs for the place i got lost and took me an extra hour to reach the hotel the beach is not accessible and you have to take a shuttle bus to reach

We had a great stay at this hotel! The variety of activities was fantastic, especially the aqua and kids' areas, which kept everyone entertained. The sea was absolutely beautiful, and we really enjoyed our time by the water. A special thank you to the chef and their team—the food was delicious and very clean. We really appreciated their care and effort. Overall, a wonderful experience!"

Aqua Park is good, but water was no clean

Food is very bad with low quality, no variations in food.

The stuff at hotel is perfect and very collaborative and always try to help us. All of them is really helpful and good Amorsy , rasha , yasser , moh’d billal , mosaad, and many others stuff. Except the guy who responsible for electronic kids area is very rude and he’s not professional at all to deal with gust.

The aqua pool need a maintenance. The breakfast no variety. Dinner is good. Electronic games need to extend in timing it close almost 10 pm.

The staff was nice and friendly Food is good

So far from the beach. Property is old and dusty. Beds are not clean and has lice. The area is industrial does not have a good view. The water and amusement park are so babiesh.

The locationwas so good , also it improved a lot from last year , the sandy beach is amazing , it is very kids friendly , and thanks to amrousy in room service and cleaning he was very helpful .

The variety of food , the hygiene in the pool as guests are allowed to wear cotton clothes in the pool which is not hygienic at all

The aqua park was fun, the other worlds are some how entertaining

Most of the other worlds games are either not working or out of the card package. The variety of food wasn’t enough.

The hotel has a nice aqua park, which makes it a good choice for families with kids. The location is okay, and the staff were generally fine.

The room was not clean and clearly needs renovation. The food quality was very poor, and overall cleanliness throughout the hotel was below expectations.

Reciptionist was very helpfull and kind (Mohamed Attya) , Room Cleaners were very polite and helpfull , Professionalism of Restaurant workers and food quality,Life guards on pool and aqua park.

Very family , the staff is very kind and aqua is interesting for the kids
