The beach was amazing. The food was pretty good. And the staff very helpful, especially Gamal in the restaurant.

The Staff was amazing, they had a lovely positive energy so helpful and respectful.

Quite old hotel. Rooms, swimming and facilities in general requires a lot of renovation.

This hotel is a great location for a relaxing quiet family vacation if you want a quiet destination to lay back. The ocean water is clear. Beach chairs provided. Great food options for breakfast and dinner.

Outdated gym and other facilities. Great location for just the beach, pool, and a relaxing quiet stay but not activities.

The bathroom was almost unusable, the toilet had a drain leak so everytime it got flushed, sewage covered the bathroom, the shower head also didn't work

Rooms can use better maintenance. More nightly entertainment can go a long way to spice up the stay as guests are limited to resort stay. There is nothing to do outside the resort that's close by

MAIN ROOM AC is loud to the extent that you can't sleep you have to turn off, place is dirty, food quality is lower than any standard ever, swimming pool is not filtered, restaurant staff are not smiling at any cost, claiming quality while not, to call reception at 2.30 AM you just can't, hitwl phones are not working, wires are not properly connected, freezer door is missing, loud sound from outside the room, due to late un attended activities, even when I tried to use the cattle was rusty, TV remot control no batteries, when they brought the batteries we discovered it's not working.
