The G Einbay Golf Resort

Quite new facility, very friendly staff. They had some out of hand telephony issue in my first day, but they managed to meet and exceed my expectations.I need to thank both Alaa and Ahmed the reception managers, Sherif from reception who personally shared his phone number with me, and Mariam the guest relations who facilitated my stay and made me feel more than welcome. Also I would like to thank Abdullah the IT manager who personally made it his job to solve my problems. And last but not least, I would like to extend my gratitude to the Spa team for quite an exceptional package that made my day and I know it was some effort to arrange. Quite an exceptional place that I will try to make it a routine visit.Thanks team.

The landscape, the style, the furniture, the food, the staff, the beachfront were all great

Food quality is super in breakfast and dinner. Hospitality was top and staff were helpful and friendly.

Beach facilities would better include coffee and drinks, thats the only thing missing for a perfect experience.

I would like to sincerely thank all the hotel staff for their professionalism, kindness, and excellent service throughout my stay.Special thanks to the restaurant team for the high quality of the food — everything was delicious, fresh, and well prepared.I also truly appreciate the room service team for their cleanliness, attention to detail, and quick response.Overall, it was a very comfortable and pleasant stay, and I highly recommend this hotel.

Very bad experience only positive thing is the staff & cleanliness

The property is giving priority to business meetings a lot of noise , no place for breakfast on high tables which is completely unacceptable

The beach bar was under construction and it was noisy that we didn’t enjoy the serenity of the beach.The room was not clean, there was hair in the bathroom and the inside wardrobe and there was dust everywhere.There was no slippers and robs.I was expecting much more as this is a 5 star hotel and it was not cheap.

- The sea is not a walking distance.- Small area of the hotel in the sea.- Sea is shallow.

The hotel itself is modern, clean, and nicely designed. The suite was spacious and comfortable, and both breakfast and dinner buffets were good with decent variety. The location and overall atmosphere initially gave the impression of a relaxing getaway.

Unfortunately, the entire stay was ruined by the Housekeeping team. I faced four separate issues during my stay and reported them each time, but no effective action or follow-up was taken. The lack of response clearly showed that management oversight is missing.There seems to be no proper supervision or accountability, and it felt like the General Manager and Housekeeping leadership were completely disconnected from daily operations. What should have been a calm weekend turned into a frustrating and disappointing experience due to poor service and the absence of managerial control.

The AC fan in the room is too strong, cant be slowed down - needs to be turned off every now and then
