It’s very nice , the beach is very nice and well taken care of , staff was very helpful ? I had to change my booking and Mr Khaled was very helpful and it went very smoothly

Stay was comfortable , food was so tasty and the stuff were friendly. Over all the experience was perfect

The staff at reception and home services is very polite, easy going and helpful.

No Value for Money: food variety, very small pool, no night activities, mosquitoes in the rooms and hotel overall, and a beach that is dirty with rocks, garbage, and oil in the afternoon.

The hotel is at excellent location. Staff is extremely decent and super responsive. The room was neat and excellent view.

Not worth the money. Food options were very limited and not tasty — the same beef and chicken dishes every day with no snacks between meals or on the beach. The room was not clean; bed sheets were not clean, towels were torn, and we had to ask housekeeping for missing items. The hotel and pool are both very small. The beach sand wasn’t clean full of garbage, there were rocks in the sea, and by the afternoon the water was full of trash and oil stains due to the nearby refinery and port. Overall, a disappointing stay that I wouldn’t repeat.

A very nice hotel with clean rooms and a beautiful view. The place is cozy, and the staff are very friendly. Special thanks to Mr. Ahmed at the reception, Chef Mohammad, and all the restaurant staff for being so welcoming and professional

The pool could be warmer. The food lacks variety and the taste could be improved, but overall the stay was good

The location is perfect , just 1 hour from cairo and hotel is so clean

Some of staff in restaurant on the buffet were not welcoming at all and giving very small portions of food to guests and when you request more from item he started lookin at you in a very bad way like you are a dragon how you will eat this, although he is not giving a good size portion at all !!!so for sure any one hungry will request more

Friendly and comfy atmosphere.

There was a group trip i think when we were there. It was very noisy and at times felt very crowded at the beach. I believe our stay would have been much more enjoyable if that group of people were not there at the same time we checked in.

Strong cigarette smoke all over the corridors 24/7 and occasional light smell inside the rooms. The worst thing was that it was not even guests smoking, it was the employees.The pool area was super dusty. It seems that there is no daily cleaning for the only small public area..

I spent my vacation at this hotel, and it was a wonderful experience. Everything was excellent, from the comfortable accommodation to the delicious food. The staff were extremely welcoming and professional, and the hospitality made me feel at home. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and pleasant vacation.

music is played most of the time around the pool area, However, if you spend your time at the beach, you won’t hear the music. If this is not an issue for you, the hotel is a great choice and highly recommended.

The hotel has a prime location. The staff were very friendly and amazing with my child. Got upgraded to a Junior suite which was amazing, quite spacious with an amazing view of the pool and the sea. The pool was heated as well which is a plus. Will definitely visit again during the summer.
