The hotel is a new building,rooms are cozy but not so clean

Room service are horrible,asking for good reviews all the time,no variety on food and the quality is fine

It was a wonderful experience! The hotel was clean and comfortable, the pool was amazing, and the beach was sandy and spotless. The staff were all very friendly, and we truly enjoyed our stay.

Very bad atmosphere starting when i came to enter to hotel the security stopped me more than 30 minutes to check if i have a reservation or not .Bell desk is very silly attitude when he was telling us press 2 without escorting The suite i got when i checked in it was no aircondation working so we was waiting more than 30 min to change to anotherMy friend get poisoned from main resturant food and got an immidiate diria and the let us paid the cost (doctor fees)Also my friend came to the room (out side guest) to change colthes because we was having a sea trip ,and they took 6000 le because friend entered to the room Also no way of complement for guest satisfaction The rooms division met me and said you must pay without any reason of compensation for the food poisoned to my friend I booked one suite + one room i spent more than 30000 without getting a happy vaction .

Terrible experience, especially for families

I had one of the worst stays ever. My son was very sick with a fever, and all I wanted was a quiet night so he could sleep. Instead, around 9:15 PM, the animation show started with very loud music and zero sound isolation , it was impossible to rest. The noise continued well past 11 PM, and when I went to the reception to complain, I was told, “They’ll finish in 20 minutes.”At checkout, I explained to the manager (Mayar), and instead of acknowledging the issue, she said that if I had complained earlier, they would’ve lowered the volume as if the problem was me not complaining sooner, not that the hotel allows such loud noise every night!Even worse, after the official show ended, a group of friends kept singing and dancing to loud shaabi songs, and the animation team joined them, completely ignoring other guests who were trying to sleep, i have a proof but i will not post the video just to respect the privacy!This hotel clearly has poor management and no respect for guests. It’s not family-friendly and definitely not a place to relax. Now I understand why it has low ratings and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful or professional experience.

Thank alot for the lovely experience once i arrived i requested a floor pool view , without any hesitation the upgraded the room, really appreciate what they did, wifi working everywhere, cleanliness is perfect, restaurant was amazing and above all of that the hospitality of the hotel crew really much appreciated, thanks alot

Hotel is very clean and the staff were very helpful ,We had quality time there. Nour the guest experience and quality specialist made the stay more fancy by decorating the room for my husband’s birthday on a very short notice.

Everything was super clean, the facilities are excellent, the rooms are cosy and very relaxing.. The dinner buffet is beyond delicious...and the staff are the best! They are very courteous and gave me the best birthday weekend ever.

We recently stayed at TanOak with my family and it was a beautiful stay -very friendly staff from the reception staff/housekeeping/chefs/ animation team and quality assurance manager Nour who all made us feel very welcomed and looked after. The facilities are well kept and very clean. The rooms are spacious with all the amenities you need. The restaurant serves a variety of options buffet style for breakfast and dinner at a very high standard. Located next to the beach, a gym, outdoor pool and supermarket/pharmacy in a calm gated compound made it very convenient and safe. Overall we had a great stay and would highly recommend for a city escape.

I stayed there 4 times this year. I recently stayed at Tanoak and had a pleasant experience overall. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-kept, with everything I needed for a short stay. The staff were friendly especially Nour and helpful whenever I had questions and check-in and checkout were quick and easy.The location was convenient with a supermarket nearby. The amenities were decent, good WiFi. The food was delicious and plenty with a variety of food.I had my birthday there and Nour had made me a delicious cake that we enjoyed. Thank you Nour for all your effort, appreciate it.

disappointment

The location is quite far from the sea, which made it inconvenient for beach access. Additionally, the food quality was poor, with very limited options available. Overall, it did not meet my expectations

really liked that the hotel is new, and the furniture, style, and overall design feel fresh and modern.I also enjoyed the food a lot — even though the variety wasn’t huge, everything tasted great.

They claim the pool is heated, but I honestly doubt that — the water was freezing.The restaurant was full of flies, and although we complained several times, no one took action.The hotel hosts corporate groups and large companies, so you might come expecting a relaxing stay and end up surrounded by a hundred employees everywhere, which can completely ruin your vacation.The hotel is also located about 3 km away from the beach.

The staff were very very helpful especially the reception, food and beverage staff and Nourhan was awesome and Saeed, Yasser, Ibrahim, and Mr. Ayman, Am Eid, you guys made my stay very very memorable and Mohammed wasfi.I’m definitely coming back the food and the room were amazing! The Halloween festivities, Grand Egyptian museum event and show were very memorable organized all by Nourhan and the animation team.I love you guys definitely coming back!
