I liked the room the best. It was very spacious and the balcony was huge and we had a nice view from it.

I did not like the limited variety of food during mealtimes and the fact that the breakfast was very similar every day. I did not enjoy the attitude of some of the staff; they would answer/talk to me and my family rudely sometimes.

The rooms were the only good thing, spacious and relatively clean (not super clean but okay)

- The food was horrible (both breakfast and dinner) we found multiple used tissues INSIDE the salad!!! - The restaurant was not clean (food on the floor and on the tables)- The “sandy” beach was super rocky and not clean at all (garbage everywhere)- Check in time took too long (one hour to check into the rooms) - After check in we waited 45 minutes for our luggage to be delivered to the room by the concierge and he never came so we had to go back down to the lobby to pick up our bags - Staff not cooperative and not friendly - Hotel was super crowded there were no spaces to sit at the pool or at both beaches

The hotel is empty, there is no means of entertainment, the food is very bad, there is no diversification of the workers in the most lack of taste, a very bad experience

The room and the whole hotel was clean. The food was not the best but at it is very good. Friendly staff and heated pool in winter. They also provide us garden and pool view instead of mountain view and a free trip with Glala Teleferik.

More night activities will help specially in winter.

Needs more attention to trips in Sokhna to help us enjoy sokhna also outside the hotel.Evening party & animation team needs to be on daily basis.

1- Variety in beaches & decorations.2- The wooden beach without sand is perfect and suitable for relaxation3- Room was good

1- Most of Food was soooo cold in both dinner and breakfast as if it was in fridge not even warm.2-Tables are not cleaned well even when we asked to.3-Only 1 out of 3 restaurants was open so it was so crowded and noisy.4- Room has many permanent stains in different places that needed to be permanently cleaned or changed

The bed was comfortable and the terrace view is awesome also the room service was great a special thanks to Andrew

The small fridge doesn’t work effectively, the toilet’s wall was glass so anyone going to the toilet at the night you might woke up and obviously the food was the worse thing at this stay specially the dinner of the first day

The food is very bad, whether for breakfast or dinner, and the variety of food is very simple. This is the only thing that I did not like about staying in this hotel.

For sure, I enjoyed the stay. Staff, location, beach everything except the food was excellent. I was offered a free room upgrade (side-sea view) and this was really appreciated (Thank you Mr. Ramez). I rate it 9 on a hopful note that the food quality is improved.

- The hotel adminstration must pay attention to the food quality and the material they use to prepare the food. For example, they add frying oil (even of non-good quality) to breakfast cheese (not olive oil as expected). Dinner: over a couple of days, we could find only two dishes per dinner that are tasty to eat. If the hotel improve quality of food, the hotel will be really amazing, attractive spot year long.- Limousine service is only available starting 10:00 am which seems a bit strange, as such a service should be available 24/7, this might be understandable off-season though.

They need to start maintaining the facility, including the room. The food quality was awful. Every year it is getting worse. I left the dinner while still need to dine because nothing was edible. I wouldn’t expect a five star hotel cannot serve an edible pasta; the pasta offered uncooked, salty mashed potato, awful awful. I really like this hotel and it is sad to see that level of deterioration.

The food needs loooadsss of improvement! We truly were not able to eat dinner whatsoever. Breakfast was fine, still was not up to standards at all but was much better than dinner. Otherwise the hotel was truly comforting precious
