Very near to Cairo, almost 1 hour & half by car, everything was fine and the staff was very helpful, friendly and niceWe booked a Garden View room coz no pool view available on the booking, but at the hotel they upgraded the room to pool view complimentary Thanks to Stella Sea Club Team

The facilities were nice for the kids.

They treated us very poorly specifically the staff at the check in and out. They charged us extra for a 15 year old as if he was an adult.

Super crowded,I think the hotel was overbooked with a lot of clients,every time we go for breakfast or lunch we couldn’t find place to stay however the manager was keen to find us a place and regarding the desserts it was very poor ,as well as the aqua area every time we couldn’t find place to stay

It was an exceptional hotel and gorgeous staff especially Rania from Reception & Tarneem from guest relations, The food was good, The beach was clean and quiet relaxing, The party Singer for Sunday night was very talented and finally i would like to thank Rania again as she arranged my anniversary at once she knew its my anniversary and they were more than perfect in dealing with guests, this was my second anniversary celebration there and wont be the last ♥️

The animation team is very poor , not active like they pass their time Pools are not heated which is very cold in winter time ?

It was a wonderful experience. The atmosphere was festive and well-organized, and the staff were very friendly, professional and extremely cooperative and helpful, especially Rania at the reception — she was amazing and very professional. The chefs were also very good, and the food quality was excellent. There was a wide variety of food, and everything was well prepared. The New Year’s Eve dinner exceeded our expectations in every way. The hotel is really lovely, especially for families and children. The room was clean and comfortable. The New Year’s event was enjoyable and well managed. Overall, it was a great experience, and we truly enjoyed our stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel location is very near to Cairo , Room is comfortable and large with heater .Nice decoration for the celebration of the new year The breakfast is fantastic and with a lot of variety Lunch and dinner also was good

Only the swimming guy was not professional as he asked me to not war the swimming shoes inside the pool , however it’s the purpose of the shoes is to wear it in the pool and everywhere . No one asked me to do that in any hotel before

Very nice place for family and kids from3-8 years.Location, beach aqua park and stuff.Also food was good so it is perfect stay for value of money.

Animation team can be better, once that where there past 2 years where more active and nice.

the Staff are so frindly specially the revciption officer MR Beimen , the Gym is free , the food was very good , sleeping quality is great .

the pool not heated , the fish frid fish at the restaurant was bad , but in general it's recommended , AH just take care as the road to the Hotel Full of trucks "road safety
