The manager at the front desk is very rude! When I asked him to translate in English he got upset and gave me an attitude. He started to shout towards me and my mother when we asked him to repeat what he said. The staff in the cafeteria keeps asking us our room number everyday we come down for breakfast and they know who we are. Also, the manager Isabella was nice to us in the beginning but then the next day she immediately avoids us and ignore us. They welcome you with a smile and talk trash behind your back. I will never book here again.

If you’re looking for activities, very limited is available. However, there is a golf car that can transport you to the sea club which contains plenty

Everything and Everyone, Starting from the reception where they decorated our room as it was for celebration of my wife’s birthday and for the complementary cake and celebration for the birthday and ending with Mr. Sabry the hotel manager with his warm welcome during our stay.

The best thing is the staff they are keen for making us comfortable all the time they are smilling and friendly The golf car was always available upon request for us to the beach and pool and back to the hotelThe hotel is clean smells good always in all places wifi everywhere The food was fresh and tastes great and the restaurant staff was always welcoming and helpfull specially (( abanoub ))

Only the isolation of the balacony was weak somehow the music was a bit loud and hearable on the room

Everything was gorgeous, well organized, under the supervision of a very energetic manager and with the help of a very well trained staff Special thanks go to Mr Wael and all the reception staff for all their kind help and care. Breakfast and dinner were excellent as usual.

Quite and clean

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The staff were very cooperative and welcoming throughout my visit. A special thanks to Ms. Isabella and Mr. Gerges, whose hospitality truly stood out. They not only helped me with a booking change but also kindly supported me by sanitizing my baby’s bottles daily — something that made a big difference for my family. Their care and professionalism made the stay much more comfortable.

The whole place was clean and shining - Food was fresh and the variety was okay - The bed was comfortable Parking lot was spacious and good nearby - The manager (Ms. Isabella) was a very very dynamic person who took care of every guest on a personal level and was serving everyone with care and a smile

The AC was very annoying for its thermostat disconnecting and connecting every 30 seconds - There were no enough facilities for kids in a shaded location during summer - The lobby toilet had one cabin only and long wait for guests to use it - The number of staff seems to be not enough to serve the dinner and the bar at the same time

We had a lovely 3-day stay at Stella Golf Ain Sokhna. The hotel is very clean and peaceful, the rooms are comfortable, and the service was excellent. Staff, Cleanliness. The general manager of the hotel is available all the time and keeps watching and communicating with guests.

Breakfast and Dinner need more attention and variation. I keep eating the same food for 3 days. Air conditioner is old and working either too cold or hot. I used 2 blankets to feel warm while the air conditioner below 15 degrees.You need more golf cars to take the guests from hotel to the beach. I hope that the new company owner give more attention to the re innovation of the hotel facilities and rooms.

Swimming pool only small one needs another one in the hotel area
