Lights cut many times in the half of the suite and in all the hotel

Food was amazing and lot of variety , special thanks to Chef Zein and his extra mile always paid to ensure guest satisfaction.

Honestly, the hotel does not offer good value for the money paid.The food at breakfast and dinner is exactly the same every day, with no variety at all — it feels repetitive and uninspired.What’s even worse is that there are staff members standing by the buffet watching you while you take food, and you actually have to ask them to serve you, which completely removes the idea of an open buffet.The desserts are kept in fridges or behind glass displays, and you have to request the number of pieces you want. When I tried to take desserts for a group, the staff’s attitude was uncomfortable, as if we hadn’t already paid for everything.Also, it’s unbelievable that coffee, water, and soft drinks are not included during breakfast or dinner — everything is for an extra charge.There’s no free drinking water at all, which is shocking given the price we paid.This kind of policy just gives a sense of stinginess and poor hospitality.Lastly, the furniture is extremely old and outdated, and clearly needs renovation.Overall, the experience was far below expectations, especially considering the high price we paid.

Staff were really helpful, hotel was really clean, and suitable for kids.

It needs some renovation, the rooms are old and needs some maintenance.

Everything was perfect the staff are so friendly and nice , food pefect and high quality , beach was so clean and nice . Just missing some activities at night for entertainment .

The room was quite large and comfortable , and the staff were very kind, gentle, and helpful. The food was very delicious.

Large rooms, very good breakfast and dinner.

The booking was for my mother who is 70+ . When she wanted to have one breakfast at the room , they said she needed to pay 500 EGP as a charge which was very inconsiderate and never saw this in any other hotel.

Neat , cozy , quiet , nice food , great and friendly staff … lovely surprises for us when i told the receptionist that it was our wedding anniversary .. Much appreciated

Missed the occurrence of a spa

It was great! Open wide spaces with alot of sun and great view. The suites are spacious and very well maintained. Great services.

Spacious suite with large balcony, near pool, and the service staff at pool are nice.

The beach is not clean and is far from the hotel.Crows everywhere.Quality of food is low, especially in dinner. Asking for extra charge for water was very disappointing.The restaurant service staff and the singer at dinner are just serving bad experience.We were unable to connect to the WiFi for two days. They didn't follow up, we did, till we found out their IT changed the WiFi user without notifying us.

It's my fifth time within 2 years I like the place , and all the facilities there, special thanks to shady at the reception , who is always welcoming with a smile at every time i visit

Amenities are nice

Reception staff are not professional at all and lacking of customer service skills .. Shady and Madaah are the ones capable of destroying your experience easily from the checkin to the checkout process. You indeed would enjoy the hotel and stay but reception will add their magic to make you change your mind not to come again.. Unless you call for front office manager to fix your issues

They were doing pesticide spray in morning front of terrace then in pool which affected my family And 2nd day electricity was off for more than 5 hours

The staff are very kind and helpful. The beach is clean and sandy. Food is very delicious and the staff of the restaurant are very nice and always smiling

The beach is a bit far from the rooms. However golf cars were always available in a few minutes. Water was not served in the dinner and you have to pay for it which is considered very weird in a such a good place.The village is full of crows which make a lot of noise

The location is ideal. An hour and a half from Cairo. I’ve been coming here for over 10 years, staff are very friendly: Food is good.

Jaz Little Venice is absolutely perfect! The staff are exceptionally friendly and welcoming, the food is delicious with plenty of variety, and the golf carts are always punctual, ready to pick you up and drop you off at the beach. The beach itself is stunning—soft golden sand and breathtakingly beautiful views.
