Staff especially Maria at the front office was very nice and helpful, rooms were very clean and all hotel , the animations were great, great variety of food at restaurant in dinner and grills

Some items were missed in the buffet like mushrooms and the hotel needs to have an indoor pool free for guests other than health club members

The staff was very friendly and helpful specially Mr Hossam from reception , Mr Mina , the food was nice , the rooms were clean , we spent nice time with family

Beach was very clean and comfort. Food was delicious and always fresh with everyday barbeque stuff. They have three restaurants and that helped to handle rush times in breakfast and dinner time. The room was clean and nice although room furniture was old but well maintained. Generally, the hotel staff are very helpful, too caring and highly proactive. They kept following-up with me almost all the time to check if everything is going well. They have a general manager who is very energetic and looking at things by himself all the time.

Coffee :) was served through coffee machines, not freshly served and I believe they are not using a good coffee beans brand (I think normal nescafe brand) which does not give you a good coffee taste when you ask for a macchiato or flat white coffee

The food was wonderful, with a lot of varieties, specially the desserts.The staff was very helpful, specially Maria in the reception, who did a good job to select the best room, so my mum doesn't have to walk a lot

Absolutely not a five-star experience, more like two stars at best.I stayed here for five nights and paid a premium price for what turned out to be one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had in Egypt. I’ve stayed at real five-star resorts before, and this was nowhere close.Electricity & water:Power kept cutting for hours, and when it did, the water went out too. When I asked reception what was happening, I overheard a worker yelling, “It’s not my fault your electricity is out,” which said a lot. At checkout, I was told, without apology, that water runs on a generator, so it sometimes goes out too. The response was basically, “It is what it is.”Beach (1 star at best):The beach was chaos. The hotel claims no loud music is allowed, yet they let in huge day-use groups blasting terrible music on microphones and shouting nonstop. It took over an hour and a half for the manager to come and stop it. Staff saw it and did nothing.When I asked a beach attendant for a trash bin, he told me to move because he was “too busy.” He never came to give me one. Another day, a beach staff member sprayed water all over my towel and bag while cleaning sunbeds at 10am, then said, “I didn’t see it,” and kept spraying. No apology, no awareness, cleaning should happen before guests arrive.Service & drinks:The beach bar is a joke. Staff can’t make basic drinks and have almost no ingredients. I ordered a screwdriver they had juice boxes, and one bartender even mixed it with rum. Their equipment is ancient and barely works. I was once told to wait for a beer because “the system isn’t working.” I’m here to relax, not deal with their issues.Gym:Old, and falling apart. The treadmills are taped together, shake dangerously, and half the programs don’t work.Staff behavior:I was minding my own business and a beach boy actually said to me, “Do you usually drink that much when you travel? I’ve noticed you’re drinking too much.

It’s a long walk to the room so is there a way to provide a mean of transportation like a golf car or smth else if it’s possible that would be perfect…and another thing the location of the hotel is a bit confusing with the gps so outside the hotel u need more signs on the road

Another excellent stay. The hotel continues to impress with its cleanliness, comfort, and overall atmosphere. The room was spotless, well maintained, and very comfortable, with a beautiful view that made it easy to relax and unwind. The grounds are peaceful and well kept, and the overall experience feels consistent and reliable. The staff were professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming throughout the stay.

The pool is not heated!!! Rooms are very small even though we booked the triple room. Everything is tooooo expensive as we unfortunately booked breakfast only. Some waiters are not willing to help and they have a bad attitude. No fresh juice for breakfast; only the powdered one, which is very unhealthy. On our fist day, they gave us the room card key and told us to.go to the room!! We were lost maaaany times until we finally reached the room! They didn't even take us to the room! No mini disco or real activities for kids. No kids area. It's very boring for kids.

We had a wonderful time. The room heating was excellent.The staff were amazing, very friendly and welcoming. The buffet was outstanding with great variety and quality. The evening shows and activities were enjoyable and suitable for children and all age groups. The beach was beautiful, and the beach activities were excellent and well organized.

The hotel is beautiful, well maintained, and thoughtfully designed. The room was exceptionally clean, recently renovated, and spacious, with a large terrace overlooking the garden and the Red Sea. The atmosphere was calm and ideal for relaxation. A special thanks to Bassem Sherif, who went above and beyond during check-in, took a genuine interest in the reason for my stay, and arranged a sea-view upgrade. His professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail truly stood out and made the experience memorable.
