Very big garden, good food, clean in the rooms

Hotel is located not far from very industrial area - we passed steel factory, oil/gas and ceramic factories, and the big port with big tankers is seen not far from hotelHotel is nicely planned but pretty “tiired”, they renovate part of rooms.

Location and staff was very helpful

Every thing in property is old and the quality of food is poor

- Pool not heated - Staff are so low std and judgmental - Landscape had no outdoor suitable places for groups to set- no valet

Liked · Mövenpick Resort Ain El-Sokhna is a true sample of excellent hospitality. Extremely comfortable, very nice beach and nice swimming pools.The room was clean and comfortable. The food was very delicious and many varieties.Staff are very friendly and helpful. Everywhere you go you will be welcomed by the staff. I would like to thank Mr. Amr Zein, the resort general manager, for his generosity. Mr.Zein was very professional and understood very well what hospitality management should be when he took the time to meet with me during his busy schedule. I felt that I was treated as a valued guest. e supplies was provided , the Housekeeping representative Aly was mo‏I to thank the staff for nice attitude and Premium Guest service especially Chef Mohamed Salah ,( the Assistant General Chef ) was Amazing and very kind he made us feel that we’re very special. My wife and I appreciated his concern ,thanks again chef Mohamed Salah. I appreciate the front desk’s help, Seif ,Mustafa and Ibrahim. Our room was prepared very nice and the all the supplies was provided. the Housekeeping representative Aly was more than excellent, always treated my wife and I with respect he went above and beyond and made a nice surprise for use by making some decorations in our room when he learned that day was our anniversary day . Thanks Mövenpick Resort Ain El-Sokhna for having such wonderful staff as part of your team. I highly recommend Mövenpick Resort Ain El-Sokhna .definitely we will come back in the future . No soft or hot drinks in dinner, just water and any more drinks were charged

– clean rooms, friendly staff, and great service. Highly recommended.

Expensive

I can rate everything as “fairly good” where everything is good but nothing is a Wow only need to add some vibes to the hotel nothing more.Food quality is very good but placing only water on dinner is a bit cheap move but drinks are priced well actually.Shawki from the restaurant is very professional and polite many thanks to that guy. Beach is lovely and landscape is well planned.

Nothing, Maybe gardeners sitting in the middle garden even after finishing work all daylong felt weird especially for a ground floor.

The renewed rooms are beyond perfect! The luxury and comfort it offer are exceptional. We were in love with the amazing view! I guarantee a room with partial sea view is just perfect! Seeing the hotel itself, the mountains, the garden and the sea at the same gave us unforgettable enjoyment.The food was excellent! Besides its huge diversity the taste was sooooo good that we were not able to stop eating even after being full! The chefs are talented!The stuff is very professional yet friendly and cooperative! I would like to take a moment to thank all the receptionists specially Mr. Mohamed and for sure the room service staff! The animation team is lovely, funny and creative.The beach is sandy and the pool is clean and cozy with a fantastic sea view.We will definitely come back!

All is perfect just it would be better if the there is more entertainment shows (musicians, dancers, tanoura man, fire show etc…)

The staff was amazing. The beach was great. The club and the massage was beyond amazing

The room is very old. The furniture and bed was old and not comfortable. The bathroom had mold on it. I will not give this hotel 5 stars at all
