Lovely room. Always cleaned well. The restaurant staff are lovely - they speak English and tolerated my awful Romanian! Specifically, Sandica was wonderful! Such a lovely member of staff, she truly was amazing!

The rooms are clean and very comfortable and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. + very good coffee :)

The location. Only the location.

When booked the accomodation, and after I received the booking confirmation, nobody advised that the resturant is closed. When I arrived on 21.11.2024 on the entrance door was an announcement. that their restaurant is closed now. Aftee check in, I went into my room and worked on business issues until late night, when I intended to take a shower at the end of the day, but...there was no water!Ok, jumped into the bed, and in the morning was still no water. Take on my clothes, went down to the restaurant at 07:30 and asked the first available person of this hotel and asked him if he knows when will be again water. I was told, that other people will arrive around 8 o'clock and they will advise, fix it. I left this place around 8:20, without breakfast (which was already paid) and without water.Later, after more than 8 hours, through the Booking messenger I was advised by them, that the water issues had beem fixed.When we work from dawn to dusk, we cannot afford to extend our stay at any hotel until afternoon, just to have water.Sorry, this stay was awful.

Friendly staff, the room was clean, good food at the restaurant

It was very convenient as our car had broken down and this was an unexpected stay. A very comfortable room and good food.

Great rooms, pleasantly surprised with how spotless it is, extremely good value for money. Staff is very friendly and helpful, extra quick breakfast service. Varied menu at the restaurant downstairs and the atmosphere is inviting and fun.

A little iron and ironing table would come in handy. Nothing fancy, just something guests can use.

Nice hotel at the city center. Close to everything. Convenient and clean room.

There wasn't an elevator. Difficult to carry your luggage up to the second floor. Wi-fi connection broke down continuously.

One of the best hotels in the area!

The staff could use a training in smiling and being courteous. Also, when I got down for breakfast you could hear people in the kitchen yelling and swearing, at 7:30 AM.

There isn't even a bottle of water in the room. There is no telephone in the room (it is impossible to call to order water). The water dispenser does not work. The room is very hot, it is impossible to sleep with the window open due to the noise from the hood.

I booked a deluxe room, which was spacious and clean. The food in the restaurant downstairs is excellent! Location close to centre and amenities.

There was no safety deposit box in my room or air conditioner remote controller (it was October, though). Staff did supply a remote when asked. The pillows on the bed were very deep and my neck was stiff.Some of the staff downstairs weren't friendly.

Easy to find the location, clean, parking was a bit tricky, but we managed.

Impeccably clean, lovely staff who couldn’t do enough to assist, the WiFi worked well everywhere and the food in the restaurant was amazing!

The wardrobe was incredibly high, and even though I’m not especially short, I couldn’t reach the hangers, so I couldn’t hang my clothes up. It’s a very minor thing in the overall scheme of things.

The place was very clean and new.

There where working on the balcony and I wasn’t told .

Pepole are very Kind and helpful..On down stairs absolutely amazing restaurant and really Good Food and Tasty.rooms are huge big.I will Comeing back definitely .
