It was what I excepted to be

The water and atmosphere in the swimming pool area was with too much chlorine, causing me and my family intoxication. Due to this I was two days sick in bed and my children were vomiting severely.

Location, staff politeness, free parking, good spa and leisure activities.

The housekeeping service was absent.

Clean room and facilities. Nice location.

Prices are a bit high

Breakfast was very good and diverse. Quiet location and close to local sightseeings and trails. Friendly reception staffs and personnel.

The hotel is in an amazing, tranquil location, perfect for a short getaway to escape the hustle and bustle of the city. The on-site restaurant offers delicious traditional cuisine at excellent prices. The service was exceptional, and the pool and sauna provided a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

The first room we were given had a terrible smell, and the bathroom faucet wouldn't stop running even when closed. To make matters worse, the toilet was leaking. We were moved to another room, which was slightly better, but the overall experience was still far from satisfactory.The hotel is in desperate need of renovation. The rooms look outdated, and the furniture is worn and shabby. There is no air conditioning in the rooms, and during our stay, the temperature soared to 27-28 degrees Celsius, making it quite uncomfortable. The fitness room, located on the top floor, also lacks air conditioning, making it nearly impossible to work out due to the intense heat.To top it off, the towels in the pool area were torn, stained, and appeared to be heavily overused. This hotel has a lot of potential, but it desperately needs updates and better maintenance to provide a more comfortable and pleasant stay for its guests.

Location, pool, services

Great location - not far from the city, but in a very green area, fresh air, quiet. Awesome friendly staff. Very comfortable and well equipped rooms, clean and nice. Good facilities, great restaurant, very good breakfast. Generous parking.

No air conditioning in the room, but I suppose it’s not absolutely necessary. We came in an exceptionally hot weather period, but it was okay.

The location is really great, staff very friendly and SPA is also great for a couple of days.We didn't use the medical facilities, but it was always full of people.The massage is also really great.On the fourth floor, you can use the tenis table, football or billiard.

The restaurant is good, but not on the highest level ( on the positive, the cost level is also medium).Sometimes you can hear all the noise from the fun room on the fourth floor, especially if you have the room on the third floor ( on the positive, once we made the complain to the front desk, problem was solved) - I guess, some misbehaving kids.The cleaning: it is not as we expected on 4* hotel. They've just changed towels and nothing else, even after 3-4 nights.

The spa and food

The room .it was way too loud in the room and hot .for a 4 star hotel to not have AC is kinda weird ..

Big room and bathroom, the view from the balcony is superb, the cleanliness, wide variety of breakfast options.

Small poole size, dinner could have been better (stick to ordering traditional dishes)

Large room, clean, nice view, good breakfast, except the coffee - not so great. I didn’t like the mattress - but this is a matter of taste - I prefer a firm one.The food in the restaurant is good and the prices are really decent

No wifi connection in the room, therefore you cannot use the smart tv in the room either. It was not solved even after I told to the receptionist about this.The cleaning service doesn’t check if there is shower gel or toilet paper, so I had to ask for it. The pool is quite small and the water has too much chlorine - my eyes stung and you smell like chlorine even after two showers.The spa doesn’t have too many options: just the pool, a dry sauna and a salt room.The towels from the spa are quite old and torn. So are the bathrobes - they should be replaced.

Very rich breakfast. Good variety food for dinner for acceptable prices. Large and clean room. Bog parking area.

We would have loved to have breakfast earlier, from7.00. Dinner took too long as restaurant was crowded. Swimming pool quite small.

Location with no restaurants or walking possibilities; city with no vacation entertainment possibilities

Diversified menu, comfortable beds, clean room and bathroom.

Zero WiFi inside the room, the router working only outside the room (third floor) and the receptionists did not bother to professionally seem to be interested in this matter.

Great location, nice restaurant

Stayed in room 401. Great room except there was a terrible smell coming from the larger bathroom, even with the door closed. Told the receptionist, she was nice at first, offered to give us another room. The alternative room was half the size of 401, we said we would take it but we would need to get a partial refund because of the smaller size. She refused.Also, there was supposed to be a ping pong table, pool table and gym - none were available. Overall, dissapointing experience and overpriced for facilities offered.

Great place to stay, near the forest. The room had great view and it was spotless. Good breakfast, with lot of options.
