Great food. Good service from staff. Very clean. Nice location.

Shower difficult for seniors to get in and out of. Also the jacuzzi is hard to get in and out of. It has stairs, but no railing, difficult and a bit unsafe for seniors and others. (I am a senior; but I noticed much younger people having trouble). And you have to get out of the pool to turn on the jacuzzi bubbles. It could be an accident - and lawsuit - waiting to happen.

The breakfast was very good, had everything what you could wish for, the eggs were sometimes under cooked but other then that it was a great way to start your day.

The price could be a little lower for guest staying for a weekend.

Food was good, room was very spacious, we had access to pool, children's playground etc. Our child was crying that she wants to go back to the swimming pool and playground. That should say a lot.

Nice location, great outdoor jacuzzi, good size indoor pool. Excellent breakfast choices and friendly staff, ready to help. Big room and balcony, as well.A big plus for the way you can choose the temperature in the room. Definitely good value for money

The lack of bidet in the bathroom. A tissue box in the tea&coffee area might be useful.

The room is spacious, clean. The staff is very nice.We liked the food ( breakfast and dinner), the bowling club, and the pool.The hotel is very well equipped: playroom for kids, coffee lounge, club, restaurant,spa.

Comparing to other hotels, the check in is too late, at 4PM.

Friendly and polite staff, clean room, very good food, peace and relaxation... The parking is big and free.I absolutely recommend it!

Location very quiet.The garden is impressive, very well maintained.The hotel was not very crowded, perfect for enjoying the scenery and relax.Room 318 has a beautiful view. It was clean and spacious.

The weather was quite hot during our stay (mid June) and air conditioning in the room was not working on cold mode, more likely on "warm" mode.

The facilities of the hotel, even if the weather outside wasn't that nice, the SPA, the play room of the 4th floor and the bowling was great for our 6 years old kid. Also, we loved the fact there was plenty of space in the room. The food at the restaurant was very good, the service was fast and the staff paying attention at every table, even if the restaurant was fully booked at breakfast or even at dinner. All in all, it was a nice stay, we would come back during summer, to enjoy the outside facilities as well.

I am very disappointed.

This hotel needs refurbished. Tired carpets , smelly bathroom, old furniture . The Restaurant needs a lot of work to look like a 4 stars restaurant. Overall disappointing!!!

The location is absolutely wonderful, you can connect with nature.Also the facilities are great, the food as well, hotel staff very friendly. All in one - was great!

Way too expensive for what it offers. Very cold staff, distant and superior attitude, unfortunately. They would need someone to teach them what customer service means (in the service of the customer, everything to make them come back with pleasure). I also walked around the whole hotel at 5:AM, looking for a coffee that I couldn't find, and I didn't meet anyone. Unfortunately, this is the truth. Anyway, I will never go back there. It's not worth the money!

The spa and the restaurant, both at dinner and breakfast, the fact that it is so very much surrounded by nature.

We liked: bed very comfortable, big room, view exceptional, jacuzzi outside, parking space -big, location, quality toilet paper, big bathroom with tub, nice quality towels and slippers, food in the restaurant a la carte, very nice and friendly staff

Could be better: indoor pool was cold, only 1 shower cap, no aubergine at breakfast, no hair conditioner in the room, the hallway and lobby is very dark and for my mother was challenging.
