GRAND HOTEL CEAHLAU

The location to almost everywhere in PN. Patio to walk outside of the room is really nice.

No coffee available at 5 am! And no coffee machine in the room.

Very cozy, clean, close to the city center

It was clean and right in the city center.

It is an old hotel, it needs improvements and renovations. The breakfast was pretty awfall - not much you could eat.

Tha hotel has an excellent location, central, quiet, just 15 min walk from the train station, it is very clean, the bed was comfortable, the room was properly heated, good breakfast, nice and helpful staff. Good value for money.

Maybe a minibar. It has a fridge in the room but is empty.

Very nice location. Easy to reach from the train station and in the middle of the city. Great room with good bathroom and fridge and with a nice view of the old part of town. Breakfast was a good start to the day.

Only downside was the bed. The mattress could do with being replaced. Luckily I got a different room the other night and the bed there was a bit better!

Very good and comfortable hotel in the heart of the town, with the great view from the room, rich and tasty breakfast, private parking, helpful staff.

The hotel is kind of ok, in central location.

But rooms reserved by Booking are of a lower quality, on first floor, so you have limited view, and get all the heat from the restaurant roof and the noise from the restaurant A/C.

The location.

1. The bathroom has a window above the mirror, in such a position, that makes it impossible to open it. And there isn’t any other kind of ventilation. Also, the toilet haven’t been properly cleaned.2. It is mandatory, I think, to label the food which is served at breakfast.

Need a platform for language for easy handling at the entrance

Staff was very accommodating. I wound up staying two extra days and it was no problem for them. Great, central location. Breakfast was adequate, good coffee. Easy parking. Plenty of shops and restaurants within easy walking distance. View from the balcony was great, especially at night. Great place to stop over for the night while travelling or to stay a couple of days and take in the sights. Would stay again.

Unfortunately, you can still see the inheritance of the socialist era, when it was one of the two hotels in town!

I was a bit sceptical about booking here at first.Quite cheap for its location, I thought we’d be disappointed.Thanks God we did it!Very clean, very comfortable, warm and cozy.Staff was friendly and offered us rooms with bathtubs at request.Breakfast is as expected for a three star hotel.Strongly recommend if you visit Piatra Neamț

No heating and there is winter. No cleaned bathroom

Very nice former communist hotel, centrally situated, nice views. Warm cozy room, clean bathroom. Good price and breakfast included. I also loved the terrace bar at the 12th floor (awesome view) and the fact that I could take the bus back home from the front of the hotel.

Walls can be a bit thin and you might hear the neighbours. There was a wedding at the hotel one of the evenings, but thankfuly it was over before 11 PM. The restaurant does not serve meals other than breakfast and events catering.
