Clean and conveniently located. They also very kindly let us cancel one of the rooms.

Very friendly staff, spoke some English. Free bikes availability and possibility to rent motorbikes. Also right next to the tourist area but not in it. Good view, breakfast was ok. In the end we enjoyed our stay, but only because we had a discount. Not worth the full price

Rooms aren't super clean, AC and refrigerator make a lot of noise. Lock on room doesn't work.

Staff spoke good English and were helpful. The hotel driver was excellent

Beware cash only is accepted this was very disappointing as it was stated on booking.com and in their website they take credit card

There was no proper lamp in the room. It was dark red. So it was very bright with the main lights on, as the only option.

This was my most terrible stay, such a bad experience at all. I came here at 20:00pm after a long business trip and I wanted to find a good place to have a rest. I checked carefully reviews & photos on Booking.com and picked this hotel with a Deluxe Room with view (but it’s like a small motel with poor quality). However, I and my daughter were attacked by many insects and got many itchy rashs at first. I could not sleep in whole night due to a big sound from the air-conditioning. And the important problem was from the next couple who stayed nearby our room. Our room and their room were combined by a thin-door as a connecting room and whenever they smile, joke, talk (their sounds in early morning were not private, it’s extremely horrible for my family with children, nobody could sleep well)… and always like they were right in our room. The pool also was dirty and small. This is a overpriced hotel with poor service, poor quality.

We loved everything about this place. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. Always smiling and happy to help. A couple of them also speak English. There was room to park our car. We ate all our meals there and it was tasty. The swimming pool was a hit with our whole family.

Just the beds were rock hard! All of us woke up with a sore back both of the mornings. They could perhaps do with a softer mattress topper.

Virtually zero English spoken by staffTherefore no information given on the sites and activities of the area, or anything else for that matter.Came to checkout and advised no credit card machine. We were lucky to scrape up just enough. No close ATM.

Beautiful building with a great view from the rooms. The breakfast was really delicious and special. The hotel is in a good spot too.

They don’t speak english very well, and it ses difficult to communicate about the area. But they were so friendly and really tried all their best.

We left early but they gave us a good selection of bread, yoghurt, jam and bananas for breakfast.

It is a very modern place quite out of keeping with the atmosphere of Mai Chau. The swimming pool is across the street on a roof and surrounded by other homestay restaurants, hardly suitable for a private swim. ..The driver they found for us to go back to Hanoi was rude and a very dangerous driver, ( the police stopped him and fined him) he was booked to take us to our hotel but he dropped us at the Opera House and MADE US get out. very rude too!!!

We got a filthy room: the toilet was gross , the towels were stained, we had hair on our sheets, and unfortunately that wasnt event the worst part. The room had mold all over the ceiling and the smell was horrible. We couldnt sleep there and ended up leaving to another "place. When we show then the issue they just said "sorry.... very very disappointing and unfortunate cause it has lots of potential
