Great hotel!! Just minutes away from the Palas Mall. The rooms were very clean, the staff very polite and spoke English which helped. The restaurant's food was excellent, as good as any food in a large city. There was nice outdoor patio surrounded by tree

I honestly cannot think of anything I did not like. I loved the patio. surrounded by trees you could enjoy a nice meal with the quiet of nature. I would stay there again without any hesitation. There was free breakfast and it was full of delicious food.

Everything, the car ride was amazing and was with Maybach car. Amazing. The room was clean and nice. Breakfast was nice. And the restaurant dinner was amazing, great brisket

Traffic to get there but Iaşi is a very busy, traffic wise city.

Lovely place, I've only stayed for one night, but definitely I'll choose it again when coming back to Iași.Parking places, friendly and helpful staff, very nice surrounding music in the lobby and at every floor, and the room was awesome; clean, pretty large, very comfortable bed, nice bathroom.

The Wi-Fi is not that good, but I really enjoyed this hotel.

We had an excellent one-night stay at this hotel in a luxurious king room! The moment we stepped inside, we were greeted by an inviting ambiance that set the tone for our entire experience. The modern decor was the perfect backdrop for our getaway, creating a vibrant and relaxing atmosphere. Our room was spacious and sparkling clean, radiating a European flair. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was also a highlight—nicely sized and ultra-modern, with everything we needed presented in pristine condition.We loved the complimentary perks, including fast Wi-Fi, bottled water, coffee, and tea in the room. Plus, the check-in and check-out process was a breeze, making everything smooth and convenient.And oh, you have to experience the incredible spa and pool! It’s the perfect place to relax and rejuvenate. Don’t forget to grab a delicious beverage and an excellent meal on the hotel terrace—an experience you won’t want to miss! The continental breakfast was top-notch and included with our stay, giving us a delicious start to our day.This hotel is perfectly located with all the major attractions and the city center just a quick 10-minute drive away. We highly recommend it for an excellent stay!

Great overall

2–3 hours before check-out, I discovered that the bathtub was clogged, which made the shower experience extremely unpleasant. I informed the front desk about the situation, but I did not receive any response or solution before my departure

The best experience i had living in this Hotel! Very friendly, good prices, excellent food and service . Recommend 1000%, will return again just to enjoy the service.

All was good nothing bad

It was a really short stay, but we liked the room and the restaurant. It was really comfortable, at a really good price. Oh, and the orchard :)

They were renovating the first floor, so the noise was a bit of an inconvenience.

The best thing about this hotel is Mr. Lupau Andrei. This is the guy who brought us the suitcase. This is the guy who saved us when my husband got an ear infection because they told us in reception in the 5-star hotel that no one can help us in Romania.This is a guy who knows his job so well, who is so capable that he should give training to all hotel workers and managers.For such a worker, the hotel chain would be racing to have him on their team if they knew about his existence.Very capable, pleasant, polite guy with perfect knowledge of english.The rest of all the workers and managers of this hotel are like babies behind the wheel in the newest car.They cannot work in such a highly catered hotel because they are not up to the task, they do not have the knowledge.They don't know english,they are not capable of solving daily problems and never more than supervisors in one hotel.Thank you Lupau Andrei.

A wonderful hotel. Very friendly staff, a luxurious room. As for the restaurant, special respect to the chef—the dinner was simply divine. I highly recommend this hotel.

Clean, comfortable, good restaurant

The gym it is not a real gym. Very small area, limited weights tools, the tredmill out of order

The room was nice and clean with good facilities and products

The noise was terrible with a late night party disrupting sleep until 1.30am. This was very poor and when I complained the receptionist just laughed. The spa and gym were very underwhelming

We really enjoyed everything ie the place the rooms the transport and staff etc

We didn’t like the fact that a dog was barking literally all night and a event was on at night also, couldn’t get any sleep at all there were ear buds by the bed however it still wasn’t enough to filter out the dog sound. I guess it isn’t the hotels fault but it really did bother us

Modern rooms nicely decorated

When I arrived had to change rooms as the AC used for heating in the first room did a lot of noise but that was not the problem. During my stay they had a party at the hotels restaurant, the music was very loud, the bed was vibrating from the bass. I waited for it to end but as it did not at 00:00 I called the reception, they said they will see what they can do. Nothing changed. I called again at 00:30 and then at 01:00 AM I packed my bags and changed the hotel. This is unacceptable! All they had to say is that they are sorry but the party was not something planned and they could not stop it. This is actually the second time this happened to me at this hotel (out of 3 stays in total). I will surely not go back again.

The Spa is nice, massages too. The room was absolutely fantastic. Great food and service in the restaurant too.

Booking policy - I have made the reservation for other person and could not obtain 2 separate invoices because Booking did not pay to the hotel. Genius 3 ????. Only lies.
