- We were in Merida for just one night, and this hotel was fine for our purposes. Bar/restaurant was good for dinner and breakfast.
- It's a good location to walk the sites, and easily accessible by car / motorcycle. Good parking.

Cons -
- I could hear every conversation, cough and toilet flush in the room next door. Unfortunately, this went on all night. I don't think the guest next door was particularly noisy - just that the sound travelled - not a very restful night.
- The room was infested with ants. The facilities were old.
- Room very small and old. Need renovation. I had to move the bed to get out on the balcony. Poor breakfast options.

The location
The room was infested with ants. The facilities were old.
Great location for visiting the tourist attractions in Mérida. With free private parking, it was possible to walk to many of the places to visit, including the city centre. I recommend buying the ticket that admits you to lots of the sites. If you're retired it's only 8€!I didn't eat at the hotel as I found the Bar Restaurant Mercado Gastronomico y Tapas San Albin just a few minutes walk away. Situated in the side of the Bullring, facing the Casa del Mitreo. Excellent meal and atmosphere. Good prices.
Location.
Room very small and old. Need renovation. I had to move the bed to get out on the balcony. Poor breakfast options.
This was good value and 500m from the city centre. The hotel was doing renovations so except for breakfast time the restaurant and bar was closed. It eas February so not tourist high season so that was fine. Not the hotel fault but most of the cafes and restaurants nearby were closed, Google maos said open but not the case. Again being February didnt help. But in town it was fine.
The hotel booking said there were two pools and a terrace but we were not allowed acces so nowhere really to sit except for our room.
Breakfast was amazing. Room clean but tired & dated. Perhaps change to quilts??
Nothing to make the stay better but if the bedrooms were updated it would be even better.
the room was good with a good bed. I had a balcony which was great to hang my things after hand washing it. A great selection on the breakfast buffet.
the shower was in s little bathroom bathtub but the water pressure was powerful.
The staff
The cafeteria was closed and there was no breakfast or meals. The bathtub is too narrow and the shower is so close to the wall you need to put your head on the wall to wash it. Poor amenities.
Great location for overnight stop. Easy parking. Lift. Bath as well as a good shower.
Shame there wasn't a restaurant or cafe. Renovations going on so hopefully soon.
Parking secure
Black hair in bath tub. Receptionist not friendly. Can't get a cup of coffee. Asked and was told price euro 8:50 same as buffet, which looked pretty poor.
Good location, parking, friendly staff and very clean.
Outdated decor. Previous reviews stated noises, but through our stay the noise level was unacceptable. None smoking room. However, other guests smoking in their rooms the smell came through the air vents. Awful, made eyes sting. Making matters worse, some guests sprayed deodorant to cover cigarette smell. Sleep made impossible. Only 1 pillow provided and beds very hard.
Perfect location while travelling across the country (5mins to highway), room clean and warm. Amazingly comfortable beds.

easy to find comfortable bedsexcellent breakfast
Restaurant closed but found a cafe bar serving food 150 metres away.
A great quiet location, across the road to Casa del Mitreo (a must see) and an easy 15 minute walk to the Alcazaba. Staff were friendly and helpful. Clean basic rooms with comfortable beds.
Easy bicycle storage and comfortable bed and pillow.
We could not figure out the air conditioner and not sure it exists.
Not too far to walk to the main sites. Has a small but lovely swimming pool. Excellent parking
The staff were a bit grumpy. The room was dated but it was very clean
One night stop, good location to visit the sights of Merida, great price
Good centrally located, clean hotel. They always do their best to accommodate preferences
Nothing. Everything good
Quite basic but clean & tidy. Comfortable bed, good shower, easy access with ample parking.
No tea or coffee making facilities in rooms.
