Friendly service, easy parking ,

Basic, but nice room. The bed was comfortable. Didn't use the pool, but looked very nice.

Walls were paper-thin, and you could hear other guests through them.

Spotless bedroom and bathroom. Lovely bedsheets and towels. Great shower. Warm room. Breakfast was very good and lovely ding area. Bar staff very nice especially May who was very friendly and helpful.

Slight noise from adjacent rooms but not for long. Clients in hotel were quiet and respectful.

I was very happy because I travel with my dog and they allow you to go with the dog to the pool area and the beautiful cool terrace. We enjoyed our stay very much.

I travelled with my dog and she was allowed everywhere. We had breakfast all together, went into the bar also with her. There's plenty of green outside to walk her and parking is easy and plenty as well

The sewage needs a bit of work, because there's a smell in the bathrooms that comes from the pipes that is not pleasant. Also, if you leave the dogs bowl with food on the floor, ants will come, which means they have ants

Everything was very good except the breakfast.

The breakfast was over priced for the quality. The selection was fair but with the cheapest products. Coffee was also horrible.

The view, the bed, the breakfast were all great.

Noisy kids running up and down the corridor when I was trying to get to sleep and loud voices of other guests preventing sleep til late. More sound insulation would be advised.

The staff was warm, welcoming and kind. A pleasure to arrive. And so is the entrance and lobby of the hotel. To the extend that the rooms are a little behind in style, elegance and facilities. (Thin walls and ceilings that create possible noise hindrance / Only a bottle of water in the minibar is rather sober / Limited use of an all-in-one soap for hands, shower and shampoo is somewhat disappointing for a 4* hotel) On average enough for a one-night-stop; doubtful for a longer period though.

Large conference style hotel in prominent position in Merida.All facilities .special bedrooms for guests with pets,free parking,restaurant and coffee shop.breakfast included in our rate.

We booked a normal bedroom online ,but when we arrived with our small dog ,we were upgraded to a bedroom for pets at an additional cost of Euros 30.The night we stayed, there was a gap between closure of the coffee shop in the evening and opening of the restaurant .7.30 pm to 8.30pm when food was not available.

couldnt get air con to work , room a bit stuffy , noisy with window open . Recommend asking for a room at back.

Very comfortable for a one night stay driving from Spain to Portugal. Dog friendly. Good parking.

The hotel is very comfortable and the staff were great.

On the night we stayed, there was no bar and no restaurant facilities, so we went to a local supermarket and bought food and drink and sat in our room. Not a great experience but I think the staff were on holidays that day.

Great staff, very friendly.

No noise isolation. You can hear everyone else, Difficult to sleep at night. The doors close with a loud noise. You can hear conversations from the floor below.
