Nice property, good rooms and helpful staff. Parking available on site. Restaurants and shops located nearby.

The only thing i really don’t like is the central heating, it was too warm when i stayed there it was late may heating is not really necessary…

This Hotel prepared bath salts for individuals to use in their room.Room is spacious. The interior of the hotel is 70s or 80s style, it’s clean and comfortable.

Toilet seat is not warm. It would be nicer if they had humidifier in the room.

Spacious room but not the toilet. 1 min walk to Abashiri bus terminal. JR train doesn't stop near the airport Memanbetsu, only public transport is the airport bus which starts from this terminal. 5 mins walk to Abashiri train stn.

Rather quiet. Didn't meet anyone along the room corridor for 5 days and only a couple of souls at the lobby. This might be a plus point?!

The location is good, while it is not close to the station, it's close to the bus terminal and the food places.The room was spacious.Pricing was really good.

It felt like the hotel hasn't done anything in the last 20 years. The tapestry comes of the walls, some water damage on the ceiling, a headboard on the bed with a bright led clock. Damaged shower curtain holder. Stuff like this. Additionally during winter, the rooms are central heated. I even opened the window as far as I could but it was impossible to cool the room down to at least 20 or 19 degrees. There is no way to change that. Additionally with a very uncomfortable hard pillow, I slept badly.The fridge was super loud. If you are sensitive to noise and light while sleeping, you will have a hard time here to find good rest.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Abashiri! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting Abashiri!

Hotel is old and no adjustable air-conditioning. We could only open the windows for cool air. However the window opening was also fixed which meant it could get very cold in the middle of the night. Was getting up a few times to close and open the window. Tatami was pretty thin so it was not comfortable. Had to double up.

Rooms are spacious.

For one of the room, there are many insects.Toilet is very small and slippery, bathtub is too high.

The location and the car park. The staff were alright.

The design of the room is a bit odd. There are some spaces we could not actually use. The hotel is very dated. Some of the carpets were even sticking out. The bathtub is very small and I could not soak my whole body inside. The bed had the squeaky sound when I was sleeping on it.

This is a very nice hotel with very helpful and friendly staff. The room was a great size and perfectly clean. The hotel also has a very relaxing atmosphere.

I liked the location. The room was great and so were the staff. They were really helpful and lovely to deal with!! The room was huge!!

I found that the mattress was too hard to sleep comfortably. I woke up with back and hip pain due to the hard mattress.

Comfortable, but nothing flash. Good location. Walking distance to restaurants. Easy car parking.

Hotel was antique chic and our twin room had plenty of space for us and our 2 large suitcases. As it didn't have an onsen, the hotel provided 2 X bath salts as a substitute which was a nice touch and they smelt divine in the bath. The bed was on the softer side by Japanese standards (which is still quite firm but I appreciated the extra give in the mattress). Pillow was a solid beanbag type thing and it was amazing. Microwave on level 3 was appreciated although there wasn't any English signage for it (it was in the laundry area with the vending machines - which was listed on signage). The hotel about a 12 minute walk from the JR station which was a bit of a trek in the snow with heavy luggage but manageable - I'd advise timing it with the bus if you can. It is well placed near the bus station and all the restaurants which was, in our opinion, a good trade off. We also liked the type of green tea provided in the room.
