It appears that I accidentally booked a smoking room. I asked if this can be swapped to non-smoking and they refused despite the hotel being quite empty. I was coughing and could not sleep well all night. Dated and hallways also smell smoky.

The rope was cozy and clean.

The food for breakfast became less varied than the last time I was in this hotel a year ago. This time there was not even the usual tea and cereal.

Everything is new, fresh and super clean. Staff responded to our request to place our rooms next to each other and in a quiet part of the building, so we had a very good sleep. Many thanks to professional staff for your support during our stay. The breakfast was simple, but good. Restaurant staff was very kind to assist me with my food restrictions and showed me allergen list.There is also a restaurant next to the building that is open till very late, very convenient.

Clean, slick, most likely standardized but great breakfast, right opposite of the train station, everything was perfect.

Very conveniently located exactly opposite the station. Rooms are clean and good size, necessary amenities are available in the bathroom, bed is comfortable, breakfast is good. Staff is helpful. There is a microwave in the lobby to heat up your food.This hotel is value for money. They do store your baggage if you are earlier than their check in time or you want to store your baggage a few hours after check out. i had a great experience staying here.

There is just one lift, it can take a long time to go up or get down.

Superb location just opposite Abashiri JR Station. It was convenient for us to get in and out. Staff were helpful and friendly. Room was a good size and bed comfortable. There are also quite a lot of food options nearby. Not far from attractions as the bus stop is just opposite hotel.

The building is a bit dated and there is only 1 lift servicing all the floors. As it was winter, there is no option of taking the stairs which is partially outdoors and not open. Takes a long time to get up and down. There is also no direct pick up and drop off outside the hotel which is on the main road to get a taxi easily.

Perfect stay. Just across the road from the main station, buses to the tourist area just across the road. Great resturants within a minute walk. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Hard bed, just one elevator so sometimes you would wait for quite a while.

the buffet breakfast was great and included in the price, part opening window in the room, evennthough it was winter i love having the option getting fresh air in a small room, this is a big plus for me

Great location - very close to the bus stop that brought me to Abashiri from Sapporo. Comfortable, everything that is needed was there plus breakfast was simple but satisfying!

Facility was excellent. Food, convenient store are nearby. Rhythm shop was also nearby as well as I like equipment return at the facility.

Very clean, well heated on winter. Exceptional reception desk service. Amazing breakfast buffet. They prepare breakfast boxes in case you plan depart early morning
