Clean, modern, very friendly staff. My kind of place to stay!

Very quiet . Comfortable beds. Good location. Close to a very good restaurant .

Fan in the bathroom didn’t work, thus mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. If coffee was available earlier in the morning, would have been better.

I liked a lot the location, because it's really im the center of the city

I didn't like how it was cleaned and also the breakfest is not good at all.

Ist a nice small hotel in a very quiet place. It has nice cereal production themed decoration throughout the hotel. Very nice furniture. Good breakfast.

The bathroom need a bit more cleaning otherwise everything is ok

Location is very central. It's one of the cheapest options in Santarem at the moment. Cleaniless was ok. Reception and breakfast room are nice.Receptionists were nice, but couldn't help much among the disorganization.

I booked a double room and, when we got there, only a triple bedroom was available. The receptionist had no information of my booking. When I insisted to get a double room, which is what I had booked, they swapped rooms with another person and gave me the key to a room. When we got there, there was luggage inside.The receptionists were surprised because noone had checked in to that room. They wanted us to stay in that room by removing the other persons' luggage, which we refused, because that room seemed allocated to another person already. All very strange, unclear and uncomfortable. We accepted the other available room - the triple room.The door did not close easily from the inside, it was fetid and musty and the shower head was not working properly. No bed light or switch. Wifi did not work for most of the time. TV Remote control was not working properly. Breakfast is very basic and poor, but OK.

The took our bag in advance of us actually staying there which was helpful to us as we were doing the camino.Breakfast was included which we hadn't realised.The room was a good size.

The bathroom window didn't open and so it smelt damp. You could see mould up the top of the walls. We asked the staff to try and open the window- they looked at it but didn't do anything. The location wasn't great.

If you are walking in to town - big hill at the end of a day of trekking!

Dark room like being in a cellar. Tatty and not clean. Mould in bathroom and not cleaned from last guest. Toothpaste and phlegm around sink! Floors gritty. Bedspread stained.

The location was good and the staff were friendly. Beds were comfy.

It was dirty, smelled bad, there was a leak from outside so the floorboards soaked up the water and made the floor wet. The shower room smelled of mould and had no ventilation. The building felt very run down and uncared for. One of the window blinds didn’t shut so we had no way of stopping the light coming in, so our kids woke up too early. The breakfast was really basic - no fresh fruit, no variety of cereal (no oats/ granola/ anything other than cornflakes), no pastries, no eggs, just very basic bread rolls with jam or cheese. No juice just cheap overly sweet orange squash. Only hot milk which made the cornflakes soggy. The beds were comfy at least and it wasn’t that noisy - apart from when the neighbours had a shower and the plumbing was clearly in the wall because you heard the most almighty noise while their water was on, like a constant toilet flushing. Luckily they didn’t shower too late in the evening! The hotel has an oat and grain theme and there are symbols of it everywhere, which was ironic because there weren’t even 2 different types of cereal at breakfast.

Since the room was near the entry/reception you can hear people ringing the door to enter in the hotel. Also in room the tv was on the right side of the bed, not in front, so at night it was a little bit difficult to stay/rest in bed seeing tv

The location was good and it was much better than I looked in the photos. The receptionist lady was very kind and warmly greeted me.

Good value for money, not a luxury hotel, but what you can expect for a 2 star hotel.Breakfast is included, which was a good surprise.Quite place, close enough to the city centre by foot, but far enough so you don't hear nor get bothered by parties/bars in the evening.

Friendly staff, although quite difficult to get in touch over the phone.I tried calling the phone number many times, different times of the day and different week days and got no reply.

It's nice to have someone on reception these days. Check in was quick and easy parking outside.

We only found out breakfast was included in the price by accident. It would be good to be told at check-in. As other reviews say, the property is dated but alright for an overnight stop over.

Breakfast was minimal. The overhead light in my room didn't work. My window looked out on a small air space.

It’s a good hotel at a good price

The room I was given has a serious issue with water damage. The floor boarDs were warped and were significantly protruding to be a safety or trip hazard

Good value for money which included breakfast, knowledgeable and helpful staff, 24 hour reception.

Bathroom and decor needs a refresh

Spacious downstairs room. Central quiet location. Good value, a regular small hotel with manned reception.
