View and location was very nice and convenient, breakfast was good with lots of choices.

Access was not easy because of road construction. Also, there was no iron or microwave oven available in the room.

Very practical along the high way. Nothing special for a good price.

Difficult to get on the high way back again

The Hotel was only accessible off the motorway- I was attending an event in a nearby town and it made it difficult.

Picked this hotel due to being only 2km from the venue of a wedding but in the end was a total waste of moneyWe tried to find transport but couldn't and calling their reception they were quite rude and unhelpful when we asked if any taxis were available. No partial or credit based refund was possible

Upon checking-in, the computer on reception was not working well and froze a few times so we were unable to do the check-in. It was midnight and we were tired after the trip. We wasted 15-20 min at the lobby only to get to know that the system didn't work. The bathroom was very dirty, with hairs in the bathtub. If it weren't for this issue, the stay would have been quite good.

Breakfast was okay, the coffee machine was not making coffee,only hot milk,, there’s was a flask of coffee at the side only!

I got stuck in the bathroom for 2 hours!I went for a shower,closed the door and handle fell off, my phone was on the bed. I tried to repair the door but eventually had topress the panic button,, thank god it actually worked!!

I wanted a cheap hotel for one night not far from the motorway. This looked ideal. I arrived at 12.30am and the reception staff were really friendly, the room was clean and the water was hot. The a/c was on which I didn't expect. I didn't have breakfast but reception had coffee.All in all, great value and a short walk to the services for food and drink.

Having a bath, was very clean staff lovely bed comfortable.

The door into room was sticking bad had to slam to shut, not nice for other guests, reported but not fixed.Bath could not change water from shower to bath. So just used shower head to fill the bath.A shame you have to keep paying tolls to enter and leave the hotel.Area around hotel pleasant.

Dirty ashtrays on the terrace. Limescale watermarks on the shower screens. Coffee machine had a good selection of hot drinks but didn't have milk or hot chocolate powder.

Convenient but getting to hotel and leaving a issue

Breakfast was ok, I was traveling north from lisbon the sat nav too me ten kilometres north then back down the A1 likewise in the morning I had to go south doing 36 klm round trip to get back to where I started putting 20 mins on my journey time and with fuel priced as it is a waste. There is a road from north lane over to hotel this could be made two way as currently it only one way this would save time and money for customers

the manager Suzanna made this place great so helpful and friendly we needed a new tyre for one of our motorcycles and she called around and found us one locally something we would have struggled with and spent a lot of time finding

it’s situated on the paiage which we were unaware of so you are stuck with the poor food at the services if you don’t go out for meals

very clean and helpful staff, lovely large ground floor room overlooking the swimming pool. Exceptionally quiet with good facilities.

Access from the Toll road depends on which direction you are going

I had to beg for a room with a double bed, per my booking, as she said they only had twin beds left. She finally found one (#3), but then I could never get the air conditioning to cool off the room.

The property would of been great if it was clean.

there was worms , the floor was dirty, and I think rat poop. We went in the first room , then went to speak to reception for another room and the second was still the same we gave up we stayed there but it was not a good experience. The doors from the room to outside are old so literally everything crawls inside the room hut the fact that the rooms wasn’t even checked before. Big no no for me! Oh and the biggest one cockroaches in the toilet.
