The staff, getting cold and rain every time I had to walk from the room outside and take the hotel services like breakfast, dinner, massages and spa interior pool and jacuzzi. The room didn't have an entrance mat to dry the shoes from the raining weather. The room floor got wet and dirty every time we got in. For this price level, it'd be necessary to pay attention to these details.

The Facilities, the breakfast and the restaurant food were really good. The swimming pools are very good with plenty of chairs to sit and relax.

Some staff members at the restaurant were not really friendly to us, and were not paying attention to our requests. The orders were messed up, like the cooking point of the steak. The food itself was good, the issue was with the orders the service staff were passing to the kitchen.

Great breakfast, very nice restaurant, and beautiful spaces to relax. Pools and gardens were perfect, and the whole atmosphere was peaceful. Rooms are small but cozy and spotless — a really enjoyable and relaxing vacation!

The hotel is ideal for a weekend getaway , especially with kids! Just one hour drive from Lisbon. Loved the territory, the facilities for kids: playground, kids room, the Zoo! , the trampoline and tennis area. The staff ia very friendly and the SPA was also great! Cannot wait go return in the summer time when the outdoor pools will be open. Also highly recommend visiting the nearby attraction Mira de Aire Caves, which is a hidden gem and just a 20 min drive from the hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly, always ready to help with a smile. The hotel is spotless – the rooms, common areas, and facilities are all impeccably clean, which made my stay even more comfortable.

The location is a bit in the middle of no where

The bungalows were lovely and spacious! Beds were comfortable and the big spa bath was great. My little one loved the spa indoor pool although it did get a little busy. Carnival buffet dinner was amazing and great value. Animal area is sweet although they did look rather miserable. Would’ve love the chance to feed them with my little one but didn’t seem to have that option.

Massage wasn’t great. And at those prices, I’d expect the best! I was also shocked at the price of using the padel court and equipment. Personally, it should have either been free to use or a lower price. Restaurant is a bit souless, but food was nice

Nothing to point out

I believe that special at summer this hotel is amazing. Staining in bungalows is much more attractive.- beautiful area - sauna- jacuzzi - coffee for breakfast - staff team- restaurant - breakfast - cat on the territory - polite and helpful staff

- there is nothing to do around, no good restaurants- zoo, all pets look unhappy , dirty, in too small cage, can’t understand for what people are still doing it with animals and birds- if for attracting kids and families, put more active recreation areas, swings, etc.- not sure is someone speaks English, only one senhora (probably manager) was speak English when we needed help- swimming pool is more for kids

Price, and a bit temote location, although close to Lisbon. Not many options for meals around.

The experience here was fantastic. The modern bungalo spacious and very clean, the beds very comfortable. The dinner at the restaurant and the breakfast were exceptional, not to mention the location, in the middle of the green and with a small zoo with animals including a deer, parrots, peacocks and others. The staff is so friendly and welcomed us with a smile, everything seems to be taken care of in detail. I highly recommend it.

The room, breakfeast and the property

I had already visited in 2019 as a couple, now there are 4 of us and we had to opt for the bugalow. It's good to know that the quality and friendliness have remained, and that the space has grown and evolved with some new attractions and services. Recommended.

Beautiful quiet green surroundings with eucalyptus and pine forest. There's plenty of privacy in the garden bungalows, cosy relaxing areas and beautiful sitting rooms.

Some animals in the mini zoo were in very small cages

Breakfast was great. Staff was great. Facilities were great. Everything was super clean and taken care of. Everyone very friendly and helpful. And we will definitely come back again. I miss it already...

The only thing that made us a bit sad was the animal farm/zoo. It could use more taking care of (Specially the Size of the rabbit/squirrel cages, and proper feeders/water bowls.

Everything was amazing, with special attention to the accommodations, the cleanliness and especially the staff. All extremely polite and professional.

Very good breakfast, nice staff and excellent facilities. Amazing for kids, with lots of entertainment. Restaurant was also good for meals, no need to leave the hotel!
