Hotel Baleal Spot

Great room, clean and nice, comfortable bed with private bathroom great views from balcony. Realy cool hotel with kindest personal.

The room was spacious and clean.

The shower was cold, and there were many flies in the café area. Breakfast felt unnecessarily complicated, for many items, you had to place an order and wait, while the service lady was managing several tables, cooking eggs, and making coffee all at once. There was no microwave or kettle available for guests to heat food or get hot water.The service lady was clearly working very hard and doing her best, but it was simply too much for one person. Providing a kettle with hot water, a microwave, and accessible glasses for guests would significantly improve the breakfast experience.

We've been to Baleal before & must say our stay here was really great.Extremely good location,such helpful & friendly hosts, excellent value & quality breakfast...& really comfy rooms with lovely crisp linen.What a wonderful stay we had here!

Nothing serious to report... maybe the bathroom towels could be softer...just so you know & can maybe improve.

Location excellent and good parking. Room also a good size. Located opposite a supermarket/bar and a short 5 min walk to the beach.

Breakfast was quite late at 8.30am and was very basic (though adequate).

Good location, room is well equipped, location is close to everything you need, nice staff, good breakfast.

staff was excellent! we forgot our passport and they immediately helped us to get it back. location is super for surfers and hotel is clean.

Cold shower in morning with lot of rooms using the water. Hot water at night. Mold on the bathers ceiling.

The room was very large. The staff were lovely. The location was great.

There is a building being built next door and they start at something like 6am so it is pretty noisy. Also there is no kettle or coffee machine in the room which is common in Portugal but very annoying! Breakfast was really mediocre.

the stay in Baleal Spot was superb, the room was clean and comfortable, the location was exactly what i was looking for and beyond. i would highly recommend this stay

The hotel was very affordable compared to the other places around the area. It was not a surf hotel, necessarily, but offered surfboard and wetsuit rentals that allowed me to go surfing in the morning. It seems like a family-run hotel. The receptionists were very friendly.

I could not think of anything that I didn't like about the place.

The hotel was easy to find, easy to park and great location. From the moment we entered the reception we were checked in by a friendly staff member. Our room was clean and spacious with a large bathroom. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good. Overall a relaxing experience and very good value for money.

Nothing to highlight...

Room was huge with a balcony and a nicely sized washroom. The included breakfast was nice and hearty and set you up for the day. Located on the main surfing street.

The hotel I keep coming back to from my very first arrival to Baleal years ago. Super lovely family business. In amazing location! Ocean is only a few steps away. Supermarket in front. Very comfortable rooms. I never looked for some other place to stay, as this one has all I need and it’s simply perfect! And the people, who run it, amazing! thank you for another great stay!
