The sheets were discolored in the areas where people touched them the most. Like at the top and side where you get in. They put us in a run right under the kitchen and it very noisy most of the time. At night there is a bad smell of fish outside,

Gym equipment was broken; Whirlpool water was not hot

The hotel was clean and offered an indoor and outdoor pool and saunas and jacuzzi. The beach was easy access with a 5 minute walk. The bar food was reasonably priced and the restaurant food was good. We were pleasantly surprised by the welcome drink and kindness of the staff who played multiple roles in the hotel!

The property location was wonderful. Easy access to the beach and beautiful views! The staff were kind and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and overall the place was nice. Also the sauna, steam room and pool were well kept!

The jacuzzi wasn’t hot, just warm at 32. There is a slight musty odor throughout the property.

Spacious room. We needed another room for our daughter who arrived very late at night. The staff were helpful and found an adjacent room.

Friendly, good soup and ham sandwich, loved the spa, warm pool. Easy parking. Nice walk to the beach.

Pool outsid floor need a little remodel.

It was very much the only option available.It is really, just 100m away from the beach if the only thing you care about is surfing.

Fundamentally, it's in between a high traffic road and a huge round about, in the middle of an indus. Breakfast is just bad. Indoor pool is way to small (assuming you care about swimming) Overall, it looks straight out of the 80s with zero invested in maintenance or renovation.

Absolutely the best hotel breakfast I had in my life. Did not see that coming. They have everything, so very tasty. WOW!!!I had stayed in 300+ hotels in my life and this beat them all including hotels in Italy. The reat of the hotel is what you expect for this money, nothing extraordinary. But the breakfast was a blast! My daughter 6yo loves hotels only for that so we ate for hour and half. What a start of a day ?

You cannot turn off the light at the balcony. So you could have the ocean breeze in your room, but at the cost of having it illuminated as during the day. Really this will not bring you more customers. It would be cool to allow guests to turn the light off.

Staff is very kind and respectful, everything is very accessible within its schedule

I booked 3 rooms and 2 of them didn’t have the AC working. The response from the staff was: “We cannot fix it until a week from now” and I wasn’t going to stay for that long. They also couldn’t send me to a new room because they were none available. In the only room with AC working, there were ants on the walls/floor, which heavily bothered my stay. Numerous small tiles from the outside pool floor had come loose and were resting unattached at the bottom, which heavily impacted my experience as well. The restaurant should have more options or a full on menu to choose from. Instead they have a buffet with only the fish, meat or vegetarian option. Definitely not worth having lunch or dinner there in my opinion.

This is NOT a beachfront location by any means. The staff is nice, but the hotel feels dated.

The only thing we didn’t like it was that the AC looked like it wasn’t working in our room. It was really hot at times but it was better when we opened the window.

Coffee machine didn't work-Bathroom shower head faulty & leaking - shower door no rubber lining- flooded the bathroom floor - staff replaced new towels , but left the waterlogged towels in the bath.

The property was an absolute delight. The reception we received was attentive, efficient check in and we were quickly in our room. Well done!

Good breakfast (amazing eggs and fruit, pastries were a bit too dry, large, clean, bight comfortable rooms. Nice swimming pool and mini spa. Staff was friendly and efficient.

We asked from a room with a beach view and got a pool view- but this is minor.

Spa & wellness facilities, and the beach was close by.

You had to reconnect to the Wifi network every minute and a half, making it almost impossible to use. The A/C worked for a few minutes, and it turned off automatically. There was nothing you could do, so you woke up in the middle of the night, drenched in sweat, to turn it on again.
