Pros +

Buffet breakfast was good. Room service was fast and good too.

Cons -

Buffet lunch was not worth as per the HIGH rates charged. Evening snacks at the tea stall was not good at all. Tikki chat was served in frozen temperature. AND WORST, COMPLAINT WAS NOT ACCEPETED POLITELY. Overall, staff behavior was not courteous. Food rates are already on the higher side. + GST + 15% room service is toooo much
