Pros +
- 5min walk from the airport - great option if you arrive late or fly out early in the morning. The room was nice and clean. Breakfast is ok.
- Friendliness of the staff, particularly at front desk. I arrived just before 7 am and they had an available room, which was very nice of them, I do appreciate it.
- Breakfast was great. Staff was very polite. Overall great.
Cons -
- Although the room was nice, the heat is very low, contrary to other Uzbek hotels I have stayed where even the floors are heated, Ratmina does not provide with warm rooms to cope with the roughness of the cold winter. I turned on the AC to mid 20s and after an hour or so, the room felt comfortable. I kindly ask Ratmina to look into the hotel's heating system to make it more comfortable.
