The staff was extremely cooperative and food was excellent. Employees always looked eager to help out. I really liked the dishes offered for breakfast.

Smell was obnoxious around the room but it was overcome by some sprays. These sprays compromise with the purity of air. Walls in my room had paint peeling off. Hot water supply was inadequate. A small area dedicated for guest comfort with a tv will be nic

Very friendly staff from reception managers to restaurant staff. High hospitality rate equal to European. And - good coffee in resto.

Very good location. Not too far from the temple, Auto rickshaws were available easily. Nice clean room. Very helpful staff.

Lack of responsiveness . No one was around at front desk around 7:30am when we landed to check-in . Delay in allotment of rooms when an early checkin was requested one week in advance

Staff was courteous. Room size was good.

Bed linens, towels and quilt was not upto the mark- looked like they weren’t changed in a long time. Breakfast was decent at best. There was water leaking from the wash basin which wasn’t worked on after we mentioned it to the front desk. Room lights were depressing.

Very dirty and stinking rooms AC seldom worked the lifts were on and offFood was horrible It was a two night stay and 2 rooms booked for INR 25222The rooms were unclean and smelly We were unable to bear the smell and requested to change the rooms but after much persuasion we were given low category rooms

The location was perfect for visit to Somnath

The rooms seemed damp & smoked in.

Staff was good

Curtain was misssing clips. Bed was soiled and and bedsheets were not changed. After complaints they fixed it. Shower drain was plugged and after complained they fixed it. Seems like maintenance was poor for only 6 - 7 year old place. Or may be they were not trained properly.

Staff training needs attention, especially in the restaurant, as well as at the front desk. The evening front desk manager was not very helpful and forthcoming with information that a tourist or visitor may need. Restaurant staff needs to understand that guests might follow their own dinner plan, and not as per the expectations of the staff. The serving staff tended to hurry up and take away plates while guests were still eating.

THE HELP ME WITH EARLY CHECK IN .. i like the most

THE PROPERTY IS HUGE ACCORDING TOH OTHER . But there is no cafe, no garden, no swimming pool , no spa .. the hotel vibe is so dull .. need to upgrade this facility
