Do assert yourself if you are asking them to arrange long-distance transport. Insist on a good driver/car. Do negotiate, as they over-charge.

Food is good but should include local cuisine like Gujarati thali in lunch or dinner.

There was some maintenance work going on in adjacent room which was very noisy. But this is a small inconvenience which can be ignored
