I very much liked the friendly approach by the personnel manning the front desk as well as the supporting staff. Room was clean and tidy. Very good upkeeping.

Cleanliness. It looks like not cleaned the linens and room for long time. Some hairs were seen in the bed. So much dirt was there in the floor rotating when the fan was on. Like light weight dirts.

Good friendly staff, location near to Veraval station.More cleaning required for washroom.Value for money.

The room is spacious and clean (even if it could be a little more could be cleaner more precisely), it has a balcony and a good working AC. The staff is also helpful, and great and fast laundry service.

The bed is too mushy, the towels are old and a bit dirty, the shampoo was almost finished.

Electricity not availableat night around 4.00 to morning 8.20.

I have take normal water basic they have added Rs 10 in my bill. Normal water also not free? I have paid 2 days amount but tuthkit sabun only provided for 1 day.

They can cancel your booking without informing you.

The surrounding is like slum areas, it is very dirty and they don't have any professionalism they can cancel your booking at any time.

The property is decent, and the staff behavior is good. However, there is a significant issue with unhygienic drainage water flowing on the road around the property, making it difficult to enter, even on foot. Only the super deluxe rooms have balconies, limiting the amount of sunlight in the rooms. Nonetheless, the rooms are above average, and the staff's behavior is very commendable. The property is somewhat distant from the Somnath Temple but is conveniently located near the watch tower. Shared autos are easily accessible within walking distance. Additionally, there are ample food options and other amenities available in the surrounding area.

Was traveling with family for Somnath visit, hotel was really neat and clean and staff was super helpful. Really liked the stay

surrounding of the place was filthy. No place to park your car. You have to park in the Gali at your own risk. Hotel is in 3rd floor and a very narrow lift will take you there. Hotel staff will ask you to pay in advance.

IMPORTANT : 99% travellers go to Veraval for Somnath Jyotirling Darshan.This place is 6.5 kms away from the temple.Area is not that good.After entering the hotel - we can feel the comfort.Still I will not go there for second time.I will prefer a hotel within 2 kms of temple.

I had booked the stay for my senior citizen parents. They really liked the services at the hotel. The staff really took good care and also ensured that they arranged for local transport and local site seeing.

Perhaps the location - a little bit far from the temple. But really it is not a major constraint. The ambience and other facilities compensates for the same.

It is manageable for a night. Not more than that.But I dont have any reference point to compare it with other near by hotels.
