Regenta Central Somnath, Bhalpara

Overall good experience - amenities were good and the bf and dinner at the in house restaurant were excellent. Hotel provides the driver contact who can take you to and fro to the temple.

The person (Dinesh) at the reception who checked us in was not professional. Even though we were asked to pay the entire amount upfront which we did, this was not logged by him and we were asked to again repay the amount while checking out. This required a lot of clarification to settle. His behaviour while checking us in seemed like he was doing us a favour.

Food and room size

Beds were uncomfortable and washroom had poor hot water availability, rusted bathroom fittings.

I had a great experience with the staff at Regenta Central Somnath — everyone was incredibly helpful and polite. From Mr. Mayur at security and Mr. Girish at the front desk to the restaurant staff, the electrician, and the room service team, each person I interacted with was warm, courteous, and committed to providing excellent service throughout my stay.

Everything from cleanliness, room service ,reception service everything was very very poor, seems like 1star property.when checked in the room was not clean and bed sheet were used one and there pillow cover was with food marks, flooring not cleaned. When ever asking for any room service, service comes after 30minute very very poor service, insufficient and un efficient staff. There are many other properties near,my experience I will never come back or refer this property for good

Location far from temple but it’s okay

Breakfast was ok. I thought hotel was very over priced for the facilities provided & Not a 4* Property as clamedStaff was Good

Thank you so much for everything ?We were a foreign group. The hotel has very good, trained staff - reception, restaurant - everyone tried very hard for us. All the staff were hospitable - which cannot be said about other hotels in Somnath and Gujarat. They understood all our requests immediately.

The drains needed cleaning, there was a strong smell in the bathrooms. they need a general audit.

the staff and location

little old and bathroom products very poor. also stingy on napkins & towels
