I liked the way they treat each guest from booking to check in till check out. Specially Mr. Ahmed was doing great service. No wonder why this resort is ranked so high.

One of the Resturant was outside of hotel building and in snow to reach there was inconvenient.

Fabulous resort and location. One of the best hotels in Azerbaijan. The hotel’s facilities are amazing including indoor and outdoor swimming pools, bowling hall and many others. The staff are very friendly, helpful, special thanks to Mr. Ibrahim who provided the required support prior even arrival to the hotel and till last moment. Thank you.

Everything was amazing, services, breakfast, pool and spa, we really liked it!

Just one thing that there was live music around 12 and 1am It was so loud that we could hear it even through closed windows.

TV it wasn’t a smart TV, so there was no YouTube or Netflix. The fridge didn’t work properly. The bathroom was large, but the shower cabin was quite small for the space.

We had an amazing stay at Marhal Hotel & Spa! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful, making us feel truly special. The hotel’s location is perfect — peaceful, convenient, and with beautiful surroundings. Everything was spotlessly clean, from the rooms to the common areas, showing how well the place is maintained.We were celebrating our honeymoon anniversary, and to our surprise, the team kindly upgraded our room and even prepared a special cake and fruit plate for us. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made our stay unforgettable. The view from our room was stunning and added to the romantic atmosphere.A big thank you to everyone at Marhal Hotel & Spa for making our celebration so memorable. We’ll definitely come back again! ❤️

The location and the staff were great. Mr Ibrahim was a great person. Everything is there you don’t have to leave the resort. Food was great with reasonable prices

The house keeping service was not at 5 star resort. They missed so many things. I am talking about 3 bedroom cottages

The fun group were not able to speak other than Azer language which made it defficult for our kids to participate at the activities The car droping to the villa, some times you need to wait for 15 min to 20 min Specialy at morning and afternoon time

The attention to detail and the professionalism of the staff were truly impressive. Every member of the team was kind, attentive, and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Their dedication to perfection made the experience truly memorable. Thank you for such outstanding service! The food was absolutely delicious in Nuxa restaurant, some of the best I’ve ever tasted! I especially loved the sac with chicken and the gurze soup—both were full of flavor and beautifully prepared. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

Everything about the property is great. We were happy with the way we were greeted, the manager Mr.Tural is very welcoming.

The welcoming guest relation services especially Mr. Ebrahim who provided all the help to make sure we enjoy our stay. The location of the hotel, the room view and the general atmosphere of the hotel were perfect for sure I will return there again.

There was no USB outlet in the rooms to charge the phone but the guest services helped us a lot..

It is a wonderful place. Superb view from the rooms. Excellent people. Great breakfast. I cannot thank Ibrahim enough. He ensured all the detours in my trip were effectively managed, including land border crossing to Georgia. And many thanks to David( person at the reception, his name was something else (who gave us a lift in his private car, diverting from his journey back home, to a resturant as bolt did not turn up.). It is rare to find this level of service, and support. Thanks for making our stay memorable.

The location is awesome—hands down. I highly recommend that anyone visiting Gabala take the extra one-hour drive to Sheki and stay at this property. It truly has something to offer everyone. We initially booked this property for one night but ended up extending our stay for another night. Special thanks to Mr. Ibrahim, our Guest Relationship Manager. If you want a hassle-free stay and need guidance on navigating the hotel and nearby attractions, he is the go-to person. He also assisted us with our visit to the AZ-ABRAU winery, where we had so much fun together.

Likes - beautiful location although car ride away from the town, surrounded by nature. Room and balcony were spacious. Lovely indoor pool looking out at the mountains. Dislikes - We found staff to be extremely unfriendly. Throughout our entire stay, there was only one staff member who greeted us. Upon arrival, we were not given all the information regarding the property. We visited the spa, the guy at the reception used a raised voice at us because we went in the wrong direction. Keep in mind, it was our first time staying at this hotel, we did not know our way around and no one bothered to offer us direction or information. We booked a 90 min Spa, we did not receive the full 90 mins. A survey was given to me to rate the spa service and friendliness, when I gave my honest feedback, I was questioned about it (I was made to feel like I did something wrong). We did not feel welcomed by staff at all.
