Location and price

I found cockroaches in the bathtub, the facility was falling apart (the steemroom didn't work). One morning there was no running water.

The breakfast was excellent. The restaurant was also very good for dinner.

I wish my 4th floor room had bigger windows

The location is convenient, the rooms are clean and comfortable the breakfast is ok

As you see in the picture below the hotel doesn’t take responsibility for stolen items in the rooms which means they’re approving their staff to steal items if they want to… I can’t feel comfortable is such hotel!(I don’t say someone stole something but the feeling of such sign)

The hotel is in a great location directly opposite the Caravansarai and not far from the Palace. The cobbled streets around to the hotel entrance are stunning. The hotel is a little tired but the room was spacious and provided everything we needed. Good breakfast.

Small thing, the shower wasn't great but sufficient for one night.

It looks imposing and dinner there was really delicious.

Breakfast wasn’t very good. The room was dated and needed maintenance. The shower door didn’t close so water went all over the floor.

I was staying in this hotel for a fourth time. Facilities are good maintained and a rich breakfast.

This is our second stay at this hotel. It's in a prime location close to all tourist attractions. The buffet breakfast is excellent with diverse options. The staff is very helpful. The hotel has a swimming pool and spa, and also a children's play area. The room was big and clean, and we all loved our stay.

There is a small play area for the kids and the view from the play area is awesome.

The rooms are small with very small window where there is a net so on day time you won’t get the blackout and you would be forced to wake up as soon as the Sun wakes up.The 4th floor doesn’t have lift so be very sure if you are booking those Deluxe or Superior or whatever sugarcoated room names are. Just imagine that the hotel is mentioned as a 4 star hotel but it doesn’t have a lift coverage for all the floors.I had a short stay so it was bearable for me but I would not recommend anyone for this place.

We did have a corner room so all of this is based on that fact. Two rooms, both with ACs. Great location. The large pool and saunas were a huge bonus. Parking was ample. Quality toiletries. Would definitely stay again.

There is a problem with hot water in shower and jacuzzi. It was barely warm and sometimes even cold.

Hotel was very conveniently located within walking distance to the Sheki Khan’s Palace and other places of interest (it’s also right opposite the Upper Karavanserai). Staff were friendly and helpful.

Beds were a bit hard. Walls are also thin, and during our stay there, there were several families staying on our level who kept their doors open and were speaking loudly early in the morning and in the evenings. Overall the hotel was ok but the price is a little too steep for what you get.

The receptionist that welcomed us was extremely accommodating. We are travelling with a toddler who finds it difficult to fall asleep if they see us. The receptionist showed us 3 rooms and let us choose the best for us. This made our stay very relaxing and enjoyable. Thank you!
