Kabadoni Boutique Hotel

Great location, very helpful staff, comfortable room and bed, great breakfast, excellent views and overall value. What is there else to ask?

Some very minor problems with the hotel's computer system at the check in, which didn't really effect me too much.

New building in good location

At our duplex room The bedroom was upstairs and the bathroom was downstairs. Make it difficult to go to bathroom at night when you are sleepy to descend down a very deep staircase and back climb up . The steam room was out of service. The breakfast was OK Nothing special.

Restaurant balcony views. Pool with sauna. Piano man during dinner time. Crisp bedsheets.

Wifi wasn't working. Angle ceiling in the shower, unable to wash up completely due to height.

It is very clean and cosy. The room balcony has a great view.

It hasn't electric kettle. The breakfast is average.

Lovely small hotel smack dab in the middle of town. Staff spoke excellent English. Great breakfast, and an easy walk to nearby grocery for any supplies you may want or need. Also nearby to bakeries and restaurants, historic sites and beautiful views of the country side.

The tourist busses arrived in the city around noon and stayed until around 5pm. They flock past the entry to the hotel - nothing that the hotel could do about it, but it causes congestion in front of the hotel.

The Kabadoni Boutique Hotel was absolutely amazing. Excellent location, very close to town and the city walls. Free parking directly outside.From the moment we checked in the staff were very friendly and helpful.We had room 209 that over looked the city and valley below, it was stunning.The room and bathroom were spacious and very comfortable. The bed was large and extremely comfortable.Dinner in the restaurant was delicious and had a lovely view also.Sighnaghi is a beautiful place to visit. I highly recommend this hotel!

The view from the top of the building is great. There is a small standing area in the front and back of the building at the top. The location of the hotel is great. It is right in the center of town, in a very wide plaza. It's a small town, where you are not far wherever you stay, but this is a great central location.

The bedroom looked "tired". It looked like maybe it was luxury quality at some point maybe, and certainly many websites online proclaim it as "luxury", but if it was, it has deteriorated fast, become worn and never refurbished, never updated or kept looking new. The rooms and beds did not meet my expectations of higher quality. It was fine, if you expect average quality for average level/class of accommodation (guest house, regular hotel, etc). I don't like a place that isn't meeting expectations of what it is supposed to be, so even though it was fine, i expected better quality, so i would not stay here again, and instead i would pick a guest house for less money that maybe had better quality and newer bedroom.

The staff is exceptionally kind and eager to help you. Here you will experience the real heart of Kakhetian people.

Steam sauna was not working. Dry sauna was working but was not hot enough so overal experience of spa was not enjoyable.

Cozy hotel, clean, great location, nice staff

The staff are very kind and welcoming, the rooms are stylish and comfortable, and you can’t beat the location. It’s in the heart of Sighnaghi, easy to walk around and visit many small wineries and shops.

Datchi was beyond helpful and informative!The restaurant is sooooo good! Everyone told me to go to Feasant’s Tears, which was fine but the restaurant of this hotel was way better!!!

The pool was unavailable due to maintenance which was a shame but the hotel is lovely, clean and great staff. Signagi is a beautiful place with some hidden gems, especially wine tasting

Originally had reservation in another location which had to cancel for maintenance. Original hotel recommended Kabadoni. Initially, I had problems with Kabadoni and I needed to get Booking involved. Booking resolved the issue in my favor. Kabadoni did not apologize directly. Comfortable room, great view, wonderful location. Quite clean, not spotless. Breakfast was a bit overpriced for what it was. Breakfast staff did not inform reception that we had breakfast, so we had to explain that we needed to pay for that.

New modern hotel on the top of the hill with stunning view on the mountiens. Good delicious breakfast, clean but not very big rooms, spaceous terrace. Public parking was available on the street, privet parking was always busy.

Nothing that worth to mention

I got the upgraded suit room with wonderful view and facilities.

The price of breakfast was but higher

Wonderful stay. Huge room very clean. Nice staff. Beautiful city.

The rooms were warm and comfortable, the SPA was big and very private and the restaurant was tasty with a great entertainment by Maestro (the pianist)

stuff was incredible pleasant and did all their best to make our weekend perfect they also shifted the room category to a room with a terrace - thank them a lot

I don’t like interior of the room - too gray and minimalistic as for mebut very clean!also the fruits at breakfast were not fresh at all
