Its closeness to the beach and restaurants

Room and bathroom could have been cleaner including sheets, towels, and soaps. Upgrade requests were not met even though they were requested right after the booking. Email was received a day before our departure indicating that upgrades are unavailable.

My stay at Views Hotel was exceptional from start to finish. The staff were genuinely warm, attentive, and professional, creating a welcoming atmosphere throughout my visit. The rooms were modern, spacious, and immaculately clean, with stunning panoramic views that truly live up to the hotel’s name.

The only minor downside was the distance from the city centre. While the hotel’s peaceful setting was a great escape, it required a longer commute to reach main attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas. However, the comfort, service, and beautiful views more than made up for the extra travel time.

Location and room view

The telephone wasn’t working and it was difficult to contact the receptionist. Also the receptionist were not fully trained, we kept getting different messages from them which made us confused… also they need to work on the guest briefing . They are always busy or on a break and you keep waiting for someone to show up or just give up and figure it out yourself

The room had met expectation, the location and amenities are outstanding, the proximity to yam beach was a beautiful bonus, most certainly we will return to views in the future

Room isolation was very bad No house keeping and food after 12

The view was good and perhaps the only good thing in this hotel. However, once we entered the wing it was apparent that it had not been cleaned for a while but we were tired so we slept the next day we called them to clean and they did not come until we called again in the evening time. That was the first negative note in there. The second thing is that it was so far from Jeddah and traveling from and to this place was a one hour drive and more. It was not practical to live in this place if you need to go to Jeddah daily. Oh yeah and one more thing, there was ants in the apartment especially the kitchen side ??.

The bedding was dirty and even the tables and desk. Also the bathroom smelled bad and Informed the reception

Everything from check out to the view to the staff to cleanliness to the parking. I forgot my keys there in the safe box and they called me then they sent to me (Mr Ramy) to my place So I really appreciated so much

Cleanliness, food quality and the facilities of the hotel comparing to the paid price.

The location, the room size, the staff, the variety of foods and the overall atmosphere were excellent for leisure purposes

I really can’t find something not available in the property , but I would recommend to allow for upgrade

The view were absolutely beautiful

The coldness of room temperature. And no sounds installation for rooms

The air condition was so cold although the AC in the room was off. I stayed in the hotel for more than 10 times and every time i face the same problem. It was freezing and made me sick.

The check-in process was sooth & friendly, specially Ms. Jumanah, she was very helpful, kind and with big smile always, she made our stay even better, the hotel is perfect for short getting away from home, its very near to Yaam beach and the walk, the hotel is super clean, very comfy and quiet , highly recommended for families who want some time away from their city, got also anniversary package (cake & rosses) its worth the value ,,, Thank you :)

Nothing in general, just as a recommendation, the breakfast could be better with more selection, also a swimming pool and fitness club could be a good addition to this hotel.
