Grand Elevation Hotel

Location was excellent: staff friendly & helpful. The rooms were simple and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was lovely. We enjoyed fresh fruits and the coffee and the rice porridge. Water refill station was a BIG PLUS! Appreciated filling up our bottles

It seemed the floors needed a bit of mopping, especially the bathroom.

The room was clean and smelled clean. It is very complete and nicely arranged.

The room I got wasn't too quiet.

I had reserved 2 nights, a day apart, allowing for a trip. After the first night, I had asked the hotel to please give me a quieter room. Attentive to my request, I was given a room that was quieter, with the surprise that it was an upgrade to a room with a window! This hotel is a great option for when I have to stay in Phnom Penh.

The staff was friendly, and they accepted my cancellation request after we checked in (we left after diner, couldn’t imagine sleeping there because of the cockroaches).

Cockroaches in the room, too many to stay.Room with windows facing the street (“city view”) was extremely noisy (old windows which don’t close properly).

Breakfast was good, and servers quit helpful.Though there were cctv everywhere, i just didn’t feel safe. Maybe cause of the location I don’t know. But i slept well.

Room not properly cleaned and had dust, mold and urine smell from the bathroom. No windows in my room either so the smell just lingers.

Customers service are welcome.

Clean the room and toilet and Wi-Fi is very good

Good location , The room was clean and staff are very friendly.

I stayed at a hotel in the heart of Phnom Penh, and the location was truly perfect right in the city center, making it easy to explore nearby attractions, restaurants, and cafes. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The staff were welcoming and always ready to help with anything I asked.

The parking lot was very limited, which made it difficult to find a proper space. For guests who are driving, this can be frustrating and should be improved.

It is near mall, walking distance and center. Even close to Basaac Lane
