Capri by Fraser - Phnom Penh

Brand new hotel, big room and very functional....superb view from the 13th floor...very clean ,no noise( htls in phnom penh often have thin walls).

Many parking cars blocking the entrance of the hotel. The convenience store in the hotel is pricey!

The service was very warm and customer oriented. The location is also very accessible to many local tourist spots. Overall, it is a very nicely decorated and cosy stay. Highly recommended.

We had a fantastic stay at Capri by Fraser Phnom Penh last week. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the hotel’s modern and well-equipped facilities. Our room was stylish and comfortable and felt impeccably clean and new. The breathtaking view overlooking the BKK area, the Royal Palace, and the river was an absolute highlight, adding to the overall charm of our stay.Beyond the excellent amenities which are a credit to staff and management, what truly made our experience special was the warm and high quality service. The staff were consistently professional, attentive, and genuinely warm, working together seamlessly to ensure our stay was both comfortable and relaxing. We especially want to commend Chamnan, Lily, Pattya, Dara, and Sophea for their exceptional hospitality – each of them contributed in their role to make our time at Capri by Fraser most enjoyable. Bliss and serenity, a comfortable oasis from the rather oppressive heat of the city.It is clear that this hotel and its dedicated team have a bright future in this competitive market. We wholeheartedly recommend Capri by Fraser Phnom Penh.

Room was of the right size. Toilet / shower area was quite spacious too.

Aircon smelled damp at first but got better as time passed by.

The Reception and Housekeeping staff were professional. Special mention to Mr Pattya for according me a late checkout. The room was spacious and clean.

Breakfast staff were not engaging and proactive.

Its a relatively new hotel with very nice rooms and location wise it’s at the better end of town - walking distance to Bassac lane

It’s basic in terms of facilities pool etc - but it’s all clear on the website what you get

The location is good, it is centrally located and convenient. The view from the hotel is nice and the hotel is new. The staff are friendly.

The room is a bit small. It would be better if the room is bigger.

Big, clean, modern hotel. Bedrooms and dining came with a great view. We made use of rooftop plunge pool, gym and found the laundry facility very useful. Royal Palace and waterfront are 15 mins walk in one direction and restaurants of Langka and Bassac Lanes in another. Staff were lovely and friendly.

Kol was a fabulous host. Lovely room and a magnificent buffet breakfast. A great stay

I liked everything about the hotel Location, the price, the room, the rooftop jacuzzi. But above all, the staff there are fantastic. They all went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable and relaxing.

Facilities were so good

Staff were average cooperative, ans one of the staff took my wallet from side table in room, and later on they claimed they find on the floor.

Room was nice and modern. Shower was great and the bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly, always happy to assist and was able to give us a late check out which really helped us. The jacuzzi on the top floor gave a great view of the city. The hotel is a short tuk tuk ride away from sights like the Royal Palace and Central Market.

The breakfast buffet doesn't have a great variety and the quality was average. The room had a weird configuration for the TV. It made navigating from and to one side of the bed a little awkward.

Friendly staff, helped bring in the luggage-just not to the room. Dinner was great at the resturant. Breakfast also had good variety. Bed was comfortable. Location is a bit far from things but it helps to make the area quieter.

The A.C was not that great and the room was very small- just need to fix where the TV is.

Front desk was unhelpful - airport transfer was late by 20 min but they refused to give me my money back and made me continue to wait. Ended up in traffic to the airport. Breakfast was soso

The rooms are beautifully decorated and furnished as well as quiet and comfy.Staff were friendly and eager to please.

Really amazing hotel, nice modern room with awesome view over the city comfortable bed with even a pillow menu. Nice large bathroom with a great shower. The rooftop bar and jacuzzi are an amazing place to spend down time while visiting the city. The staff went above and beyond to make us have a perfect time. I also recommend the street restaurant right in front for a real Anthony Bourdain experience.

I only stayed one night at the hotel, enough to say that the staff was very careful.The rooms are modern and comfortable.The hotel has a nice view of PP. I even had the chance to see the fireworks of the water festival from the hotel.

The location was amazing, hardly had to take tuk tuk as most places of interest were within walking distance. The hotel itself is great, felt brand new, and had everything I needed. Icing on the cake, team running this place were friendly, helpful, and really genuine in their interactions! Thanks for a wonderful stay! ❤️

This is a gorgeous hotel with amazing staff who are helpful. The rooms are so clean and the bed is extremely comfortable. Breakfast was also good with a variety of different things to choose from.
