    Pros +

    • The location and design of the room was extremely impressive. I loved the balcony and the glass wall/door leading into it.
    • The hotel is a really good place. You coffe shop is really nice but....
    • A short one night stay here before moving on in our travels - a comfortable hotel, really quiet. Good location matches its price point.

    Cons -

    • They were out of coffee for the room. The dimmers did not work. They did not have candles in the candle holders. The staff didn¿t come to meet us at the door. There was nobody at the front desk. They would not charge my card, only accepted local bank card
    • I am travelling in Asia for more than 15 years now and I was so surprised about the service from that hotel:- nearly all the staff was antipatic, not smiling, and even if I was speaking a little bit in Khmer, even no reply to say "good morning", "thank you" and the basics welcome words from a staff to clients....- breakfast is supposed to open at 7 am... it was closed. The lobby told me that I had to wait 15 minutes more... At 7:15, the staff started to open the breakfast place and was cleaning the tables. Even with the polite form to ask if we can order food because we had an appoitment at 8 am, the staff was so rude. Once again, no polite words, no smile, even when I was speaking Khmer ....- WI-FI not stable in the room. I had to go downstair in the coffee shop to be able to work- the swimming pool need to be cleaned and be more accessible for customers. It is actually like a pound for birds (I understand why we don't have pictures from it).- the breakfast: it is a menu, not a buffet. Ok with that and even if the food was correct, it is far from what you show on your pictures. For all of those things, the price paid for the night is, to me, not the reflect of what I was expected from that place. We had better welcome, breakfast, services for lower price in other place and we regreted our choice.
    • Some of the facilities are a bit tired. The plug sockets didn’t hold the adapter well so ended up using power banks more to charge our things. The shower did not drain very well but it didn’t overflow.

Everything we wanted was in walking distance to the motel. Great location, however the pool looked very green. We were not game to swim in it as it had broken tiles around the pool edge. They would cut your feet if trying to get in the pool.

The pool tiles around the pool were all broken, they looked very dangerous. So we didn't get to swim on the hot days we were there.

Large clean room, great facilities, breakfast nice, coffee shop on site, friendly employees.

    8GlobalPosted on: 8-18-2024

The room was very clean, reception, cafe, restaurant, and housekeeping are so nice. Rooms cleaned very well better than most larger hotels I have stayed in.

Mosquito's in the breakfast area, they spray but there is many.

    Room very big and comfortable

few options for breakfast and not even very good. difficulty in understanding each other in English

    7AlekseiPosted on: 12-4-2023

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good, but not Swedish table, you can select one of the proposed variants of breakfast, where all that you need. The room was good, but some small stuff need to be repaired a bit.

The open-air restaurant was nice, and Michael, the young man who checked us in, was extremely helpful and professional.

    Location is fine.

The photos provided do not correspond with reality. Walls in the room were dirty, probably moldy, too. The light in the room is very inefficient, some of the light did not work. There was a strong foul smell in the bathroom, probably due to chemicals used against insects. The odor is strong also in the hallway. We booked this hotel for 1 night before leaving Cambodia. I rather not recommend it :/

    Staff were very helpful

Breakfast could have been better, coffee was warm and no fruit juice

    7RosanaPosted on: 3-11-2023

The guy on the check in was very nice and polite, a little bit confused, but full simpatic. The room is spacious, clean sanitary, good WiFi.The breakfast is on the card. The restaurant on the top floor with nice views. The staff in restaurant does not speak English. The wood furniture is compact and modern artist designed.Close to King Palace, Silver Pagoda and National Museum. Ž

The sourand is dark and be careful The main street with night club is close. There are a lot young escorts ladies 5 minutes take from this street full of live music and bars to hotel. We had a incident, approximately at the midnight my husband and me went to hotel and in the dark street one men on the motorbike drove straight to me and tried to stole my personal belongs. Thanks God I am strong lady and hold strong my bug. He just a little bit hurt my hand but without any consequences. It was scary experience.

    Specious room, staff is ok

Out dated and had some bad smell.Low TV signal. Breakfast was OK.Construction near across the street.Last floor gets noisy early when the staff prepared breakfast.

    8FredericPosted on: 2-6-2023

Nice roof top bar with views over the city (prices are a bit high), spacious, clean rooms

The breakfast lacks a bit of variety and room cleaning basically has to be requested.

    2StevenPosted on: 12-27-2022
