large and comfortable room, great views from the rooftop restaurant, very friendly and helpful staff, overall decor and vibes were very nice

breakfast offerings were a bit limited and repetitive each day, although quality was still good

Very good location and the hotel rooms with restaurant were high standard. Rooms were cleaned daily and staff very helpful and went out of way to make stay memorable.

It was all positive.

The breakfast here is great value. It’s a buffet with both Western and Asian choices. The room was very big and the overhead shower in the bathroom was a real treat. The staff here are fab, they greet you everywhere you go with warm smiles and they are very helpful.

The bidet was not working. I notified the front desk staff on my first day. Maybe it couldn't be repaired or replaced.

We did not care for the buffet. The area is not as walkable as we were used to in Cambodia.

LCS is the only place I stay in Phnom Penh. The staff, are a big reason. The people are wonderful. It's a classy place, with comfy beds in nice nice room. Super clean, good toiletries, excellent restaurant, and good value for your money.

The staff was very friendly. Breakfast offered plenty of choice. Good location, close to the bus terminals.

I like this hotel. Large modern and clean rooms. Efficient and friendly staff including parking attendants, front desk, restaurant and housekeeping. Good buffet breakfast.

Everything I like

We stayed for very short time, arrived alkost at midnight and the day after 9 am took the bus to Siem Reap. The bus terminal was very close from this hotel, which was perfect for us. Everything you need is there.

Not really anything.

What I like to this hotel: -Front office and restuarant staff very friendly.-Good Food with A Good price-Mini Bar sell as the street vendor price.-Quiet and Comfort-Value of money.

What I don't like to this hotel: -Undergroud Parking need to walk out from the building and walk in to the same way for Car passing to the ground. -Require to deposit 50$ or ID card for staying (Even I used to stay at this hotel many times still require)-Key Card usually Error(I met this issue quit often during I stay, especialy in the elavator or might they had been improve the new system for key card already).

Great hotel on the waterfront with great views of the river and city. The hotel has a great breakfast buffet with over 40 items to choose from. Overall, it was a great place to stay if visiting Phnom Penh.

Comfy rooms, good location. Nice breakfast and friendly staff.

The roof top swimming pool offers a delightful rest.The restaurant terrace was amazing with vegetation and soft lights. What a romantic place!

I love this hotel. I stay here whenever in Phnom Penh. Large room, clean, wonderful staff.I wish the restaurant would put bacon back on the breakfast buffet.

Great location near the waterfront

The kitchen had no equipment whatsoever - no plates, cutlery, cookware etc which made it rather pointless aa there was no way to prepare any food.

Staff were very professional, helpful and welcoming. Always smiling ?
