GRANFERTE Phnom Penh Hotel

a lot of space and very quiet. nestled in a residential area so as long as you aren't looking for vibrant night life you should be fine

Room was big and got a full of the kitchen equipment. Staffs were amazing, friendly and helpful. House keeping also has done a wonderful task. Quiet place, it was easy for you to each other place, not crowd of people. I can rest well.

Nice place but no pool. Breakfast was nice too but there was not many selections. The taste was nice. The big issue, there was no food in the the hotel at night. Anyway, you can use app instead.

Friendly staffs from the receptionist to housekeeping. Room was big and quiet, advantage for me after work, I can rest well. Breakfast was nice, just only not many options. I like the gym even I got less time. I will definitely be back here again if you come to Phnom Penh.

Staffs were politely to assist you all the time for the food at night, sometime, we prefer to have a dinner out of the room in the hotel. It was a bit inconvenience for me that every time at the evening, I got to order from the outside and sent to have it in my room. Of course, Asian people likes the dinner is the most.

I enjoyed with my room, can cook and the room setup as service apartment, the staffs are very friendly, helpful, can order the food rom outside, at night are very quiet, no noise from outside, good to stay.

Staffs here were so friendly and politely. My room was big with a full kitchen equipment. It was easy for traveling, not crowd of people and quiet place, it made me and my friend slept well. Breakfast was also great. We will definitely be back for our future stay.

The gym was nice and you also can go to the rooftop area to get the fresh air at any time. Unfortunately, the pool is not available here, otherwise, it will be the best best to relax.

The room is well-equipped. Suitable for living or a staycation.

Some room functions (such as locks) don’t work well. There are some dusts as well on the furniture.

The staffs are not professional. A night-shift staff didn’t greet us properly and talk to us unprofessionally as if he was surprised seeing us coming very late at around 2am. I booked a room for about 4-5 hours prior to our arrival, but he didn’t aware of my reservation and he said he didn’t received any notification. Our room for instance wasn’t prepared. It is super hot and no water provided. It’s my first time with the improper service like this.

The property's cleanliness was outstanding, and the staff were very cooperative throughout our stay. We definitely recommend others to stay in this property provided if the prices are reconsidered.

We were dissatisfied because Booking.com did not notify us that the property was under renovation at the time of booking, and which amenities were unavailable during this period. This has truly disappointed us.

Great location with lots of restaurants. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The gym was well furnished. We also liked the lay-out of the room and the newness of the furniture and appliances.

Cigarette smoke from other guests was seeping into our room, which caused us to leave after two nights. The guest below us also blasted techno music and didn't stop until we complained to the front desk the next morning.

Very reasonable price and clean facility.
