The view is beautiful and I was able to access the swimming pool early, thanks to the cleaning staff and security.. Breakfast was ok but not honoured by booking.com …hence I was charged.

The noise from the nightclub at the back that destroys the businesses in the local area. Surely, they could turn off the bass of their tribal music so it doesn’t demand everyone’s heart thump to its beat. It’s damaging others so unloving. ( Matthew 7:12).By the way the door was damaged so didn’t lock properly on the last day. Fortunately, the 24 hour desk receptionists would have given some security so we were personally not affected.

Nothing to like about this place but the hard working housekeepers.

Patrick the manager was absolutely disrespectful and I would fire him if I was in charge of this establishment as I owned and operated several international hospitality venues. Look at how they handled my luggage… wow

You can choose your breakfast and the staff bring it into your room, but always you received cold.

This has quickly become my favorite hotel in Phnom Penh. The river view is simply breathtaking, offering a serene backdrop to my stay. I've always been fond of Diamond Island, and this hotel's proximity to it is a bonus. The rooms are modern, well-appointed, and immaculately clean. I've stayed in many places around the world, and this one truly stands out. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area.

The overall experience at this hotel was commendable. However, one minor drawback I noticed was the room deposit requirement. While I understand there must be reasons behind this practice, it's something that could be reconsidered for a more seamless guest experience. That said, it's worth noting that the deposit was promptly returned upon check-out. Despite this, I'd still recommend the hotel for its other outstanding features.

We booked this place as the airbnb that we saw in Penthouse Residence, around 5 mins away was fully trashed by previous tenants and we had a really bad experience so finding this gem was truly the best. Room on the 28th floor facing the city and river meant amazing views at night and during the day time.

Huge windows with amazing views. Modern style rooms. Very comfortable beds. Two air conditioners and very good. Refreshing big pool. Friendly staff with good English. If you catch this place on the right night it is one of the best values in the area.

The hotel washer/dryer is free so it’s a nice bonus but not the easiest to use. Maybe that was just me.

Location was good, one of the best views from 28th floor, staff was nice and helpful. Location was graeat rite on the SOHO Mall many shopping, eating and many other stores are near by. just under the building you can find everything you can imagine. very good sleep quality.

No breakfast or food options, there are cockroaches in room, bathroom was dirty, towels not clean, fittings were leaking, non smoking rooms only. they have great potential to be a very good hotel, managment should look into what's wrong with this property

Access to pool only with 2nd keycard, it is just a pool, no view when swimming - indoor pool, no skybar for a drink to enjoy the view.

Rooms are supposed to be non-smoking but smell like smoke (I tried several before settling for the one with the most perfume masking the smoke smell...).The bathroom smells like sewer, corridors are dirty.You have to beg to get room cleaning (it's not done by default, you have to call, they don't always answer, and even if they do it can take hours).But the worst thing is the deposit scam: they will ask you 30 USD, not Cambodian riels, USD. But when you checkout and want your deposit back suddenly all they have is Cambodian riels, the banknotes that you left are gone and they refuse to reimburse you in dollars.Of course you will need dollars for your next hotel deposit. So the client is basically a money laundering ATM, to convert their riels to your dollars at a rate that you didn't agree upon.Totally unacceptable, I hope they will get delisted from Booking.

No breakfast included nor available in hotel.No sign of hotel downstairs of tower.Shower space extremly small, you get all bathroom wet after every shower.Mirror in bathroom was etremly dirty.Wifi super unstable and low signal when it was on.

Great location, close to many attractions. Super comfortable, clean and nice view over the river. Staff was very kind in refilling water bottle whenever I needed to, helping avoid the use of plastic. Steam room was great!

The swimming pool was closed for maintenance and staff was not aware of that.

The hotel may be new,so minor gripes a lot of things were not working. The telephone, TV which we would not use anyway. The Safe seemed to have a mind of its own. Food choices are limited around the place as compared to staying at the riverside hotels

Location is ok, worth to stay if you don't mind that place like china town, more chinese food and starbuck coffee just at Ground Floor Mall.

Need to send call for room cleaning, the phone always no respone to receptionist. And the last few day I stay WIFI IS SUCKS~ and one day in the morning power off over 15min, you know the feel when u sleep at midnight and suddenly no power when u sleep especially in the morning time you hardly to sleep again. KING SIZE BED is TWO SINGLE BED~~~ WTH, and then TOO SOFT and feel neck n back pain after few days stay.. blurrrrr

The view was amazing, the room itself was beautifully decorated, spacious, clean and bright. The bed was comfortable, the shower had excellent water pressure. Staff are friendly and welcoming.

The TV wasn’t working in my room and the staff couldn’t figure out how to fix it. At night I could hear loud music coming from outside so it was difficult to get to sleep.

Everything else meets my (rather high) expectations. The view from the room overlooking the river is great!

The only downside I noticed in the hotel is the lack of options with breakfast.
